Great experience here. Go ask for Tyler, he sets a new standard. I tried the guys next door first, so happy I came on down to Verizon. Bill is $40 per month cheaper than my old carrier.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. If I could give 0 stars I would absolutely the worst experience and we got told our bill estimate and it was twice as much (Jayson K.) They charge their own activation fees on top of corporate charging one and they don’t tell you. So you’re basically paying double in activation fees. We were told we were paying the taxes and activation fees in store that day which was simply not true. We were told about promotions that weren’t true and never reflected on our bill. We were on the phone which lasted an hour and 1/2 with a customer service representative (Denice) and she was absolutely amazing and helped with all of our concerns. She even couldn’t believe the mess that they caused and had to fix it all for us. We were getting charged double on perks we had added. I’ve been with Verizon for years and have never had such a bad experience. Save yourself the time and headache and call 611 or go to a corporate location.
