DO NOT GO HERE. I ended up switching to CVS and paying out of pocket because these people are HORRIBLE. My prescription never goes through from my clinic so I have to call Walgreens to follow up. They transfer me about 3 different times, I am placed on hold for about 30 min, all for pharmacy to hang up on me and never get my questions asked. I went in person to drop off my prescription request and they said it would be ready in 2 hours. After waiting in line for 45 min, they said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I’ve never been so angry and frustrated with a pharmacy, they are HORRIBLE!!!

Night crew or the evening staffs delayed to give a single prescription medication almost 2 hours then instructed to wait for another 20 minutes for no reason. None of the customers who stood behind the long queue never knows why it's being more delay for the medication. One of the evening staff used to say that, it is due to system failure and tried to make frustrating to customers by killing everyone's time for no reason.

Told me my meds would be ready in 1.5 hours, i show up and she tells me another thirty minutes. I told her no, they told me 1.5 hours TWO hours ago. Tech then told me to drive around the building and come back so she could help the people behind me. Absolutely ridiculous and inefficient pharmacy.

This pharmacy is terrible. They never answer the phone. Have waited on hold 45 minutes or more multiple times and just eventually had to hang up. Good luck if you need to talk to them.

Will not go here again. They’re ridiculous at this pharmacy location. They have a sign posted inside that states “be nice to the pharmacy staff or we will call the police”. I’ve never been to a pharmacy that needs such as sign before here, but after dealing with the pharmacy staff 3 separate times, I get it. The apathy and ineptitude of this pharmacy staff astounds me, and I can see why it might drive a customer crazy enough to “not be nice” in return. Rather than focusing on how they can improve their service to customers so not to make them angry enough to drive them to meanness, they just post a sign. Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy-that way, you’ll not get mad and the staff here won’t have to worry about people not being nice to them.

Not sure how this place is still open, I’ve had faster experiences at the dmv and getting my taxes done. I was calling in my daughter’s prescription, I was on hold for over 2 hours. The pharmacy counter is always closed, the drive through is always wrapped around the building. I’ll finish by saying if you’re coming here plan out your week, take a vacation, bring extra clothes, snacks and water also a blanket it may change seasons while waiting. If I could I would give them negative stars!

Told me the prescription will be ready in the 30-45 minutes. Followed up after 1,5 hours and they told me 2 more hours. Still wasn’t ready so went to bed. Wake up and call this morning and they tell me their system is down. Another hour before they can look any anything or check anything. I ask if I can get my prescription transferred away from them and they tell me no. I only used them because they were open 24 hours and I needed this last night. Looks like my prescription is now just stuck in limbo

Extremely slow, but forced to use for 24 hour option when Conrad marr is closed. Pharmacy needs more staffing.

My prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be ready so I have to make a second trip and wait in line again each time. Often, they do not even order a med that they are out of until I go in to pick it up at the appointed time. The Yukon Oklahoma Walgreens has multiple problems that they do not address, in spite of the discussions that we have had.

Every time I am forced to use this god forsaken pharmacy (due to it being Sunday) I regret it. Super slow and generally clueless. We have another pharmacy in town that is infinitely superior besides their hours which matter with things like strep.
I’m sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one has moved.
