Only self checkouts open 90% of the time, and sometimes not even the bigger self checkouts, just the 6 small ones which aren't very useful when you have a cart full of groceries. Hire more people.

Really pissed that the Yukon Neighborhood Walmart didn't have a single check out open. Forced us to either check out ourselves or walk away leaving our full cart there for them to restock. My wife was in a neck brace because of a recent neck surgery. I complained to the attendant standing there WATCHING us checkout and to the 2 (apparent) supervisors at the front door. Customers at the nearby scan and go stopped what they were doing to listen and agree with my RANT. We keep going back because it is so handy but I've had enough. They won't miss my business but every little bit adds up. Half way through our check out, they did open one checker.

This is an above average Walmart Neighborhood Market. It was clean, even the bathroom was clean. The shelves were stocked. I found plenty of things I didn't know I needed

New to the area.... found this Walmart to have grocery pick up sooner and with chips I found in store at other closer Walmart but not available to do grocery pick up... I experienced super friendly employees. Easy pull up and they loaded it nice and neat- thanks for being awesome.... ( coronavirus pandemic shopping) I can't wait to return! Respectfully, Bryan Yukon, Oklahoma

Why did all the Walmart's and other stores change the weight on there sugar and not tell anyone . Over 60 years I have bought sugar all the stores have changed 5 pounds to 4 pounds price didn't change 10 pounds to 8 pounds price didn't drop 1 penny. Just another case stores ripping Americans off. Thank you Walmart, thieves.

I'm reviewing specifically the fuel station at this location. Everytime I come here to fuel up, there's always an issue whether it be my debit card not working at the pump (error message), the fuel grade buttons auto selecting or not working, or the pump just being down. The older woman there then tells me that it's because the fuel line is resting on the buttons...umm that's weird how no other fuel station has this issue. It's very taxing, a waste of time, and irritating...and their response is "Hey I just work here." Maybe those specific employees should just "un-work" there since they have no solutions. Wal Mart needs to hire more quality employees that can provide a better customer experience.

Recently visited family near Yukon and stopped at the Yukon Neighborhood Market. Greeted immediately when entering store. As I walked the aisles I was offered assistance; even by the manager himself. I was impressed by the neat appearance and variety of foods offered. I was especially drawn to the deli by the aroma of barbecue ribs. They were tender and tasty. But it was the fresh baked bread that left my mouth watering. On my next visit I will look forward to the friendly atmosphere, and the ribs and bread

I use this market often because my home is nearby. It seems to be poorly ran and staffed by people who don't care about their job. I understand that working at a Walmart Market might not be the most compelling job, but still. It's common for me to run into the market for something simple, have something go wrong (it's been moved, it's out, have a question and no one is around, etc.), remember where I am, and say "of course". It's not rare to see shopping carts overflowing from the corrals in the parking lot, blocking traffic. They also seem to run out of the things people like, but keep dozens of products no one ever buys (Example: Out of regular Twinkies but dozens of boxes of banana Twinkies). The Sam's Cola is always gone, or else you have to get down and crawl deep into the rack to get the last one. At night, all isles are closed and you are forced to use the self-checkout. If you are buying beer and need an employee to OK the transaction, you have to go and find one, since none are around. Once, while walking inside, I saw three employees who just stared at me, no smile, nothing. I thought, "Lot of friendly faces around here". Edit: Looks like they decided to handle their problem with terrible overnight service by... no longer staying open overnight. Well, that's one way to do it. They have adopted new hours (7am to 11pm I think?) so the place is even more useless to a night owl like me.

I do not shop here much any more, after I had to check expiration dates on everything due to my last visit of me finding three items past the expiration date and one item expiring the day of purchase, this was only out of 20-25 items purchased, so make sure you don't buy anything without checking the date here. You also used to be able to pick up a small carry basket to pick up a few items instead of pushing a big cart around for just a few things. I asked someone where I could find a basket and a worker said people have been stealing them so the manager told them they are just not going to replace them??!! This doesn't seem like a solution for the problem, why don't they put the electronic tags on the baskets so their alarm will go off if a thief is trying to steal the baskets, or call Homeland to see how they keep track of their baskets they always have plenty for their customers to use. But as usual it seems more like wal-mart is more concerned with their bottom line than the convenience of their customers. Just go to Homeland or Aldi and save yourself some aggravation. ---update 07/30/16---Upgrade from 2 stars to 4 because of Dennis My wife went in here a couple of weeks ago after I complained to another manager he was a night manager I think (I think Dennis was his name) and he came through and they finally got carry baskets to put your items into....no thanks to the first lazy manger I talked to who said they would not replace them(don't remember her name, she was an older female). Thanks Dennis for doing your job as a manager and helping the customer, maybe you should teach the other manager how to do this as well.....job well done Dennis! --update 07/07/17----Back down to the original 2 stars I began with due to 3 of my 12 items were out of date, and again no small carry baskets again. I am also not happy about the new hours, I try to do my shopping at night when their are less people and less hassle. Wal-Mart does not seem to worry about what is convenient for the customer these days it is all about them. I think I will take my own advice and go to Homeland (even though it is more expensive) or Aldi's to save myself aggravation of this store. It probably won't be long and this store will be a dump like the Wal-Mart store on Garth Brooks Blvd.

It's so nice having this on the north side of Yukon! I'm always able to get in and out without the hassle of the large Walmart . The only downside would be they don't have a huge selection of fresh veggies. But all there staff is wonderful and I haven't had an bad experience . Stick to sprouts or Aldi for your produce !

I don't like Walmart, however I do like their neighborhood market here in Yukon. They have a great selection of items at a reasonable price. I won't do all of my grocery shopping here, but they will certainly get a piece of my business. The staff are usually friendly and courteous.
