I owe this review after the morning I had. I know my way around vehicles, but the gentlemen who inspected me for towing discovered an issue with my hitch rating that I was actually unaware of.
I was disappointed to have to go find a new hitch, and I’m sure he could sense my frustration.
At the end of the day, this gentleman was absolutely correct and he made our roads and our families safer by sticking to his guns today. Outstanding service! And they know their stuff!

A great storage place. They were instrumental and amazing with my transition from one state to another. Rented my truck thru them. Friendly AND helpful. Definite recommend!

What a great experience I had renting a U-Haul trailer from this location. This place is ran like a well oiled machine, from the amazing lady checking me in to the knowledgeable gentleman that hooked the trailer to my truck. Five stars is not enough

I have rented a cargo van for the last 3 events , this location is super easy to work with, I had to change my time and drop off date and they were understanding and friendly. I will continue to rent from westpoint because of their excellent customer service.

Get a new manager. Chip was an obnoxious, condescending j*** and I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to on both occasions I had to deal with him (renting a van and storage closet). Between him not understanding how technology works (but pretending as if he did) and the incredibly abhorrent voicemails he leaves, I refuse to do business with such a person. You catch more flies with honey rather than vinegar. A customer service class would do him wonders. I'll return to going to the 39th st location. Those guys have it down to.a science, and somehow they're not total jerks about it. I dropped over $100 easy in about 25 minutes, and Chip acted as if I peed in his morning coffee. Corporate better take some action or they will continue to lose valuable business in the city of Yukon.

Don't get me started with this company! I had a U-Haul rental set for this location for a move. I got a text that said they may not have one available and to try a different location. I called just to verify that that was correct and the guy who answered was a j**** Very condescending and rude. Even if I wasn't moving I would not do business here. 0 stars
