Canada Post should be shut down. They are a bunch of overpaid whiners. Waiting for government cheque, xmas cards, but thx fedex for filling in, well almost. Canada Post is at it again. For some reason my apt # wasn't there & although we have lived here 10 years they took the pkg back. Just once could they possibly do something good. Wish i could give them negative 1000, only ever had one descent postman in over 5 yrs. We pay for delivery because my wife is physically handicapped and they shove a sticker on the box because they are too lazy to bring it up so we have to go there and pick it up. Then you arrive st the post office at 4:50 and they are closed. Our tax dollars hard at work. Thx ever so much for nothing. I will never support Canada Post in any way

I own a small business so I am often here dropping off packages. Bill always greats me with a smile and is always so kind!! He’s such a big help, no matter how many packages I bring in - he is always more than happy to accommodate. He often remembers things that I’ve told him weeks ago! I appreciate kind and fast service :) thank you Bill!

package said in very large writing "grad photos, do not bend". guess what the delivery person did? bent it to fit into my mailbox. i'm speechless. i think they do this out of spite because they've previously done the same with important documents that said "do not bend" on them.

They don’t call you from building buzzer when packages arrive, and they lost my packages, said was delivered and my mailbox was empty, the worst delivery I’ve ever experienced!

Went in to send an Express post from Acton to Vancouver, British Columbia and it was very smooth. Bill was very nice and helped meout. It arrived the next day with signature required. Super fast turnover time.

I know that the actual post office does not delivery the parcels but unfortunately the parcel drivers won't deliver to apartment buildings. They just leave a card in you box for pickup and this is where the actual post office fails you. The hours just do not work for the working class. You need to have either 1 night you stay open late or Saturday mornings for those that work 8-5. How do you expect us to get our parcels. In the last 6 months have left work early to be able to get there before 5 only to have yours doors locked, at least now you have finally changed your website to reflect this. I don't like losing pay and neither did the 8 other people standing outside your building all complaining about the same thing.

This location does not stay open til 5 PM. What a joke, piece of paper on the window saying it closes at 4 PM. Nice of the employees to fabricate their own hours. These hours make if very convenient to pick things up or drop them off because you know the average person finishes work at say 2-3 pm. Complete garbage.
