I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at the Dollarama location at 372 Queen St. E. I purchased a $30 Fortnite gift card as a gift, but when it came time to use it, the card was not activated. When I returned to the store for assistance, the management told me to contact the vendor. I did as they suggested, but the vendor made it clear that this was an issue with the store where the card was purchased.
I went back to Dollarama, hoping they would resolve the matter, but I was met with no support or customer service. The management refused to take responsibility and simply told me to email head office. They offered no other help or solutions, leaving me with wasted time, money, and a useless gift card.
This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I will not be returning to this location. Dollarama needs to seriously improve its customer service and take accountability for issues like this. I would not recommend purchasing gift cards from this store.

The store is great and people are great expect for the long grey hair guy. He cussed at me and my friends. He verbally abused us. He was getting in my face. Btw I am 13 years old. He swore at us. We didn’t do anything wrong we were just looking around. This guy should be fired from all dollaramas.
