I will never ever step foot at that place again. The lady pharmacist is not helpful and very rude. I just had a big dental surgery, had my prescriptions that I needed urgently (specially the pain meds and antibiotics) I was in at 7:15pm on May 27 2024. They already had my info in the system. I could not talk since I had stitches. But she wanted me to spell everything despite I gave her all cards which had all details. She only looked at them for 2 mins and she said “I can’t do that I have to go home at 7” and she handed me my prescriptions. There was a young girl working with her who was shocked as well. I will report her for sure.Between they close at 8pm. I went Sobeys pharmacy just beside Recall and got everything needed in 30mins and that pharmacy had to do all data entry since I was not registered in their database. This is called emergency service.

Hours on google are incorrect.
Google says open until 8pm on Saturday.
Actually closes at 6pm.

I go in with my grandma and shop in the makeup section all the time the second I go in with a friend or by myself I get stalked down the isles not every younger looking person is stealing, I left without finishing my shopping as I was highly un comfortable

I don't know what all these poor reviews are about, but I was in a pinch and not only did the super friendly staff help me find the items I was looking for in the isles (I'm not from the area) they were conveniently open on Canada Day. These people saved my event. Thank you!

Totally agree with a lot of the reviews on here regarding the customer service at the Pharmacy! Painfully terrible. Was there just this evening, went straight to the pick up desk because my wife had phoned ahead to ensure the prescriptions were ready- wasn't even acknowledged; I literally had to make myself visible by moving past the plexi-glass barrier so that they could see me from behind the counter. Finally the Pharmacist, who not to mention is the Manager for God sakes, came over and started giving me attitude about my insurance cards, asking why I had two and who the card holder is. My wife and I just changed insurance providers as she started a new job, so I wanted to ensure I presented everything I had in case there was a difference between the two cards, as some companies have one card specific to prescriptions and one for medical care. I was going to say something to her but there was a line-up behind me and as I have respect and courtesy for people, I didn't want to embarrass anybody. I understand people have bad days but the service here is consistently bad and there's usually some sort of issue with them processing your claim. Like I said, to top it all off, this type of service came from the Manager who is a Pharmacist and regulated health professional; so I understand why the service overall isn't great- you can tell a lot about a department based on their Management. The teenagers/young adults at the front of the store and throughout have more respect and customer service skills than them, and are always polite- kudos to them at least.

Just don't, turn around and walk away!!!I've been going here for a couple years and the service gets worse and worse, I am know longer a person... on numerous occasions I stand in line alone and not a hello, one moment please or we will be right with you.. I just wait and wait.. longest I recorded was 11 minutes without any human communication! The pharmacy staff in general are just rude and not friendly, the teenagers at the front would do a better job.Aside from that my prescriptions are hardly ever ready when I phone them in a head of time or when I pre order them on the new app. I am on repeat prescriptions and im there about 3 times month, very frustrating!!!And to top the freaken cake, they have been charging my husband's insurance for almost 2 years and I've just been paying thinking as if this is what I should be doing and come to find out they have never been charging my insurance company from when I changed jobs... after the 3rd time of them not being able to correct this and having to explain it to a different person every time I finally changed pharmacies!!!

At the back, woman was not very friendly, spoke down to me, I excused it, but when the prescription for my son could not be filled she really didn't seem to care. Will not return and will go to shoppers where they are actually nice.
