I went for my car’s first service this month and there was this guy Andrew Rusak who had serious problems while answering to my queries and was rude. I don’t know why he was even at the customer service desk if he doesn’t like to answer people’s queries.

My car is a 2023 CX-5. I had engine light come on and at the same time the power steering was lost. They did not scan my car to properly identify what caused the fault and refused to work on my car under warranty because they claimed that the fault was caused by loose wires as a result of an accident. I took it to another shop and they told me there was only one loose ground wire which they tightened. I’m not going to Ajax Mazda again. They could have just tightened one wire instead of making this episode.

I went to Ajax Mazda. Nice, friendly sales staff, happy to help you order desired car. Leasing manager Bryan was pleasant, helpful, happy to answer questions and very honest. Such a wonderful sales experience - got the exact car I wanted, good pricing and such nice people!! I would definitely recommend AJAX MAZDA to friends, family and coworkers.
