Went here 3 times to fill my orders. First time, they couldn’t submit to insurance so I paid the full amount and followed up what to do they next time. Second visit resulted in them not following up with insurance despite me walking them through the process. I then changed insurance so I called on a Monday and emailed the information, stating I need the pickup for Friday morning. Called Friday, order not ready due to shortage, yet they did not call to tell me. I confirmed my insurance was updated on the system. Had to wait an additional 5 days. Went to finally get last order, and they DID NOT submit to insurance again. I followed all the recommendations each time to ensure smooth service and they could not fulfill. I said they can delete me from their system now.
UPDATE: owner reached out and was very apologetic. Although there were some excuses, owner took necessary action to remedy the situation and explains they strive for greater service. Upgraded from 2 stars to 3.

I have been using Ajax Pharmachoice for a while now, and I must say, they've exceeded my expectations in every way! The wait time to collect my prescriptions is always minimal, which is a huge plus. The maximum I might have waited is 20 minutes. I know from using other pharmacies it is way longer. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire experience a breeze.
But what really sets them apart is their exceptional service. They offer home delivery, which is a lifesaver for me, and they even make personal calls to remind me when my refills are due. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers' well-being.
