“Thank you so much to the team at this auto body shop that were kind and compassionate when I first arrived after a car accident. I thought my car would be a write-off. Instead, they fixed my hood, side panel, and both headlights. On top of this, they did an interior cleaning and detailing of my car, which was unexpected, and that I did not pay for. My car was awful on the inside, including organic food splatter which occurred during the accident. I did not expect this level of service (and I am mortified that this company cleaned up my problems). As a busy mom and teacher, I am appreciative and grateful for my experience with this company.”
“Sorry Rick it has taken a while but to everyone else when i write reviews it's a Dam good honest place to go ... Rick was a true honest gentleman , very professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me the stright goods .. took my truck for a test drive and assured me i have no issues with my driveshaft. He has been in business for a long time and i can clearly see why .. “This is the only location I’ve ever been too, so I can’t speak for all 747 but this one specifically has always had what I needed when I needed it and the times that I didn’t need something right away they still had the parts I was looking for, regardless of rarity. There was one time where they didn’t have it at that location and due to the sudden need, they got it for me before closing and I got my car back on the road. Always helpful, knowledgeable and their customer service over the phone is really good at calling me back when they say they will. One thing I would change is the headquarters or whoever it is that answers the phone before transferring me, they’ve never had an answer for anything I’ve asked for and so I find that “middle man” completely unnecessary. Other than that, 0 complaints and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.”
