“While installing the wind screen I purchased, one of the bolts for the fork clamps broke off. I tried and tried to find a replacement online and offline but to no avail. Frustrated and broken, I wrote to KapscoMoto for help, and they sent me a whole set of fasteners right away with no charge! Totally impressed with the courtesy and services!”

“Thank you so much to the team at this auto body shop that were kind and compassionate when I first arrived after a car accident. I thought my car would be a write-off. Instead, they fixed my hood, side panel, and both headlights. On top of this, they did an interior cleaning and detailing of my car, which was unexpected, and that I did not pay for. My car was awful on the inside, including organic food splatter which occurred during the accident. I did not expect this level of service (and I am mortified that this company cleaned up my problems). As a busy mom and teacher, I am appreciative and grateful for my experience with this company.”
“This is the only location I’ve ever been too, so I can’t speak for all 747 but this one specifically has always had what I needed when I needed it and the times that I didn’t need something right away they still had the parts I was looking for, regardless of rarity. There was one time where they didn’t have it at that location and due to the sudden need, they got it for me before closing and I got my car back on the road. Always helpful, knowledgeable and their customer service over the phone is really good at calling me back when they say they will. One thing I would change is the headquarters or whoever it is that answers the phone before transferring me, they’ve never had an answer for anything I’ve asked for and so I find that “middle man” completely unnecessary. Other than that, 0 complaints and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.”
“My 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 had basically blown up on me.
Rick did a complete diagnosis of the engine issues and at each step sent photos and called to explain exactly what the issues are and what the options to repair were needed. Rick explained what part were needed and what options were available at different prices as some were very specific and needed to be purchased from expert part sources. Rick and Brandon had no issues with answering any questions l had no matter how simple or complex and explained so l could understand
The job to quite a while as some parts had to be sourced from expert machined supplier's
