We experienced patient, non-judgemental help. I plan to come again and hope to build a relationship with such a nice bike shop. I need a new go to bike shop too, as my one of my favourite bike stores just closed its doors and moved North.
Northen Cycle has an impressive selection of bikes and assesories, I saw everything from casual bikes to high end moutain bikes. The store has an emphansis on mountain and trail but many road and communting bikes to choose from too. I read a comment that they did not carry many assessories. I thought differently, as I saw lots of assessories and parts to choose from. No bike store has everything but Northern Cycle has a decent if not large selection of pedals, saddle bags, saddles, clothing, etc.
The experience was so good my spouse bought a bike. We were lucky that it was a quiet day but it allowed her to choose freely and select the one she wanted. Thank you.”
