Found the truck I have been looking for. Went out on a limb and walked into Boyer the other day. Been looking for a certain truck and John T helped me find it. Met John on the way in, he sat me down and we began looking. The truck I wanted was not on the lot. John spent the time and effort to search through the database for me and found that a manager was driving the truck I wanted. He had the truck there the next day for me to view. It had all the features and more that I wanted. John was so focused on finding me what I wanted. He was so easy to talk with and I felt no pressure from him to purchase something I didn’t want. John was a total professional throughout the whole process, from pricing to having the truck detailed for me before pickup. Wish all salesman could be more like him! Thank you John!

This place is honestly the best. Specifically, Michael Godfrey was my last hope at doing something about my previous car loan, and the awful dealership I purchased from. Like most people when purchasing a new vehicle at a younger age I did not pay attention to interest, warranties, or any of the paperwork. Michael as well as Sean-los, were so helpful. They explained everything to me, answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed or inconvenient. From start to finish they were super professional and over all just genuine people which is rare in this industry! I recommend this dealership to anyone who asks me where to buy a vehicle, and I specifically refer to Michael. I feel like I can ask them anything and I'm not bothering them. They get back to me within a timely manner, and I don't feel like they are ignoring me like I did with the previous dealership I purchased from. Customer service was 10/10 and I will definitely purchase from them again down the road!

Book an appointment to fix monitor blackout issue and oil changes couple of weeks ago. After 4 and half hours, when asked the service Advisor Mike Harvey how long it will take to finish, the advisor says there are something urgent the mechanic is working on other vehicle. I mentioned I have to go somewhere with my family for dinner and I am missing the time, then they did the oil changes which took another hour. I was wondering why they booked time for me and took more than 5 hours to do oil change only. I booked another appointment and confirmed with the service appointment centre that to replace a small parts will take less than an hour. Today, I went there to replace the parts and the same advisor told me the mechanic is busy with another vehicle and can’t do anything within an hour 30mins. Same story busy with another vehicle. I left the service centre. The service centre is full of incompetent people hired by the company. They have no time management plan, frustrating customer service. Not recommended to go there and buy any product from them.
