Terrible service, gave me my car with no coolant in hybrid system. When I called they said take it to the dealer not their problem. Now the bumper keeps popping out by the fender. Cheap parts I guess.

Horrible service. They told me to come in for a 10-15 mins job just to put on an under shield. My car wasn’t ready until 2 and a half hours later. I’ve been waiting over a year just to get the part put on.

Horrible, awful, terrible place....Alex took pix 2 weeks ago and never submitted them. Went around 1230 pm. Seemed in a hurry to run away. Didn't even have water so I could wash off dirt for a clear photo. Denied to Gore insurance that I even showed up! Was I a MIRAGE???? Went then to Pickering Carstar Closed on Saturday...no biz hours posted outside. No better than the Notion Road show. Got to go on work day, which is highly inconvenient for me.Golly gosh fellows is that a biz or a circus???Please get back to me Alex....my car needs fixing. Please and thank you. ?

I went here for car body repair. First day appointment was to take pictures of car, and then they sent the quote and date for fixing. Approximately it took three days, and the service was clean and neat. Loved it. Thank you so much:)

Car star took my moms car under insurance to fix damage done to her door and mirror (Nissan Altima) and when she got it back it was all scratched up on the frame. She’s so upset, you fix the damage and give her the car back with more damage. Absolutely disgusting, we called and there was no answer and we left a message and no one called us back. We gave you a chance to make things right and you didn’t so now we will review your company, reach out to insurance and the better business bureau. Have a little dignity and call back.I wish the insurance company didn’t send her there. So sad. I’ve left a photo that truly needs to be zoomed in to see how much damage they made on the vehicle.UPDATE: I have called 2 times and I am waiting for you to call me back.. There is messages with the rude receptionist and I also left a voicemail and a message for Alex the owner. I am still waiting to hear back from you todays date is August 31st I called the first time before I even did this review. So please call me back. Thanks

I went in requesting a personal quote stressing that the timeline was of importance and I was told that the appointment date would depend on shipment time for parts. Upon calling in for information about the quote much later (I was not called back) I was told they had no estimate on shipping times at all and that an appointment could not be made with a set date. Customer service seems much more suited towards business-to-business transactions as my visit was very unhelpful despite my intentions being very clear upon first visiting.
