Chapters is a spacious and beautifully designed bookstore that is often packed with customers. It offers an extensive collection of books across all genres, with an incredible variety of titles and stunning displays. The store is thoughtfully laid out, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for getting lost in a literary world. It is a wonderful spot for casual readers and avid bookworms alike, and is also a fantastic place to bring kids, with plenty of options for young readers.
The staff is consistently described as helpful, nice, and super helpful, even when busy. The store provides plenty of comfortable and well-placed seating, making it easy to relax, read, and enjoy the vibe. A key feature is the added bonus of a Starbucks right inside, allowing customers to grab a coffee while browsing. It remains a very good experience for finding gifts and is highly recommended as a perfect spot to unwind with a book and coffee.
Atmosphere is good. I wish they had a bit more comfortable seating but the staff is nice and make you feel welcome.

This location has been packed with customers every time I've visited. The staff is helpful and one of the times I visited there was an author doing a book signing, so that was fun.
