Extremely Unprofessional Service
Last night I stopped at this gas station and had a terrible experience. The store door was locked, and no one would answer when I called their phone. I waited outside for over 10 minutes. There was a guy inside, but as soon as I walked toward the entrance, he disappeared. I knocked on the door multiple times—no response at all. Completely ignored. This kind of service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Very spacious, convenient gas station. Car wash always working, excellent customer service. Goku is always ready to help with any issues, helps elderly at car wash, helps with fuel discount promotions, is the most experienced and really gives this gas station its life. Owner is smart to keep such great workers. One of my go to gas stations in ajax 5/5 recommend to come in night to fill up for better prices

Why are you playing ads on your gas pumps? You don't make enough money on gas? The volume is set so high it's basically screaming at me while I pump gas. Never visiting again.

My usual gas station stops in AjaxOne of the gas pump spot facing towards store is being never fixed, during rain or snow time always a puddle in front of pump which is not safe for customers.Car wash slow service as mentioned by other customers is really annoying.Please look into these issues and improve your ratings.

Car wash Experience!
I mainly use this location for car washes, and at least 50% of the time, the wash process would either leave noticeable soap residue or not clean the car properly of simple mud / dirt stains (even with its their safe touch). If you complain, they would usually let you wash your car again, with a light frown (which is fine, but it still doesn't fix the problem - the wash needs to be fixed).
During my last visit when I mentioned this, the store attendant said I should stop coming over if it's that bad. Fair point! So before I stopped going there, I wanted to make sure i leave this review for the benefit of others :)
If you are looking for a carwash, save yourself the trouble and go to the Esso at Salem/ Bayly. Their touchless wash is way better than any at this location
P.s. They all have poor dryers, though!
