About Esso
Esso offers a convenient location, but customers often face issues with the gas pumps. Many pumps do not accept payment at the pump, and there are frequent problems with terminals not working or receipts not printing. The car wash has been criticized for poor performance and outdated equipment. While some cashiers are polite and helpful, others may struggle to understand requests. Overall, the store experience is decent, but ongoing pump and service issues detract from customer satisfaction.
