A blonde, older lady that was working self checkout today Nov 4 2024, at 12:30PM should be fired. A customer next to me’s card didn’t go through so she kindly asked the lady at check out to hold onto her items to go get her physical card from her car. When the lady was almost at the door the self checkout lady made a huge scene, screaming at this poor lady across the store that her items didn’t go through and that her card had declined. Meanwhile this poor girl was not leaving the store with any items in hand and had informed this worker seconds before that she would be back for her items with her card.
I later saw this same customer crying in her car in the parking lot after she had come out with her items purchased. The scene that was made was honestly tough to witness. With the cost of living right now and the location of this store in mind, it’s unacceptable how this employee treated that poor woman.

Noticed a huge improvement in the produce section (fresher produce). The overall cleanliness of store has improved since renovations were completed.

Don't go to this place in evening after work 5 to7.. no one at cash counter and all self checkout will be full..very long queue everytime.. manager dont bother to come out also .pl avoid going

I was at this location this evening, I was looking pick up some milk, and cereal for breakfast, there was a Lady putting away milk and She was coughing, without putting Her hand in Her sleeve, I Honestly thought it was a one off, situation but She kept doing so I asked Her to cover Her mouth, Then She started coughing all over the milk spitefully, I was so disgusted, I then asked to speak with Her manager, and He said He would speak, with Her, He wasn’t that friendly either. I did tell Him , I would follow up with Madge in the morning. This is my main grocery store, but after this

Yesterday June 14th around 3pm. I went to buy somethings at this supermarket that I frequent a lot, since I live nearby. I comment because it was not the first time I have made the payment for the self checkout When I arrived I pressed the machine that I wanted to start but it told that I would pay by card, which confused me because it had never happened before. I tap to cancel. It is also important mentioning that English is not my mother language, I speak and understand almost everything but I continue studying it.
So I didn't understand, I asked the lady who was there for help (I don't remember and I didn't see her name) but very rudely she came up to me and said: what does it say there? I told her … well I haven’t pass anything and is charging me.She very rudely tells me again: WHAT DOES IT SAY THERE? ...and she told me him that you only pay by card here... so I told her, excuse me. The only thing was that another woman who was paying mentioned something about why they don't know how to read? and the lady from the supermarket the same... it bothered me a lot and I told her that my language was not English. So when I was leaving very upset, I told her that she was here to help, not to complain... and she answered: well, learn to read, and I replied again that she was there to help, not to complain...
I am very upset, I understand the fact that it is not my country and I have to learn a language different from mine but all of us can make mistakes and if she is not a person who is there to help , it is better to quit and pls , select better your staff . because it is not the first time that I see that their employees respond like this to customers.
