  Small parking lot can make it difficult at busy times. Stock levels seem adequate even when items are at special prices.

  The security guard kept following me around the store. I overheard a BM complaining to his Caucasian partner about experimenting the same thing. I hate going to this location.

  Best grocery store best prices Loblaws absolutely sucks! Always get your food at food basics since they opened in Pickering I go to that location it's fantastic and immaculately clean!

  Very unfriendly staff. I was trying to find an item in one of the aisles but couldn’t find it. Went up and down the aisle. Not there. So I decided to ask a worker and he looked at me like I was an idiot and began talking to me like I was a child and told me it’s in the aisle in front of me (the one I already checked). So I told him to show me then if it’s there because I checked. And of course he couldn’t find it and just goes “well it should be here” and walks away. Thanks for your help! If you hate your job then quit.

  Just stopped in here quick on the weekend to grab some essentials for a BBQ. It was a Saturday afternoon, there was 2 check outs open, 1 of which was customer service, and the self check outs. We used the self check out, there was a shorter line. We needed bags of ice, so we asked the staff member who was working that area, she said yes you can get those and explained how to ring it through. We went to grab the bags after purchasing them, and they were all gone.... we went back to her to let her know this .... she didn't move the whole time from her spot of just leaning on the rail.. said oh then you just go over there and get a refund.. it seemed that we were bothering her by asking if they had more or for any assistance. We then had to get back into a long line at the customer service to wait for refund... The young lady working the self check out area, maybe needs to be given a refresh on customer service.

  Very nice store on Hardwood. Dry clean and all displayed goods very nice.
  I think the cement sidewalk outside of Store could be cleaner and those living hard not be sitting in the way. Thank you.
