There are very few places in Durham region that do their cleaning on premises. I have used this place for cleaning and for alterations and repairs.They haven't lost anything. All my garments have come back clean. All my alterations have been top notch, and my repairs have been well done. Ahmad is the specialist and I've trusted my suit and even tuxedo with him.Look, they aren't the cheapest, and I'm fine with that. If you're looking for cheap or super fast look elsewhere. If you're looking for quality workmanship and very clean clothes, this is your place.

They completely damaged my drapes....offered me a credit of $25 only and did not even apologise. I would never go back and never recommend this place to anyone

Two out of five articles of clothing which said "dry clean" on the tags were shrunk from this location.One of them so tiny that it would fit a small child and when I picked them up they didn't even comment on the size. Only when I got home did I realize the extent of the damage to my clothing.Luckily the clothing store did exchange my wool sweater but I will not be going back to this location. I have since hand washed the replaced sweater and it did not shrink.They do not do any of the dry cleaning there. They send it out but they will do alterations.
