Please fire a young girl with glasses who worked today around 1pm. I went in with my dog and my dog instantly peed on the floor. Asked the employee if they have anything for me to clean their floor. The girl handed me brand new wipes and told me to pay. I asked if they have any free wipes/paper towels for dog fee and she said no and I have to buy wipes and clean their floor. I told her I will bring my own wipes from my car and she said okay. I told my husband about what happened and he went in to the store. My husband complained because usually pet stores spare some wipes and paper towels with chemical. She actually admitted that they also have free paper towels to clean the dog pee and said sorry. The employee was very mean to me because I guess I am an Asian women. She lied to me that they don't have any paper towels for no reason. But she apologize to my husband who is a white male. I don't know how to explain this other than Racism. I hope she is very proud of her racist behavior.

I really like global pets and had a great experience with Victoriaa, shes very well eductated about pets and helped me out with my dog that had an upset stomach. She was an awesome help which made my experience even better.

On April 22nd around 10 in the morning l went to Global to see what they had in a harness and a choke collar since l have a very strong dog. The girls that were there were pleasant, however they did not know much about dogs. The lead me to the area of harness etc. However they did not bother to help me try to find the right harness or choke collar or fit for my dog. They just held my dog and let me do all the work. I ended up buying the wrong sizes and returned it on April 30th. When l had returned it l believe Natasha was there and heard my complaint and stayed quiet and walked away. They did not bother to offer me a replacement such as one that would fit.I use to go to Global when l had my other dog. Now with this new dog, Global is out.Instead Global’s competitor, Pet Value helped me out so much more and were much more knowledgeable and took time with me. I know know the store to go to for help and where to shop for my goods.

I came in to shop late yesterday evening. I recently switched dog foods. When I walked in an employee with long dark brown/black hair said, “We moved stuff so things might not be where they used to be”. Sure enough, my food wasn’t where it usually is. Not only did the employee tell me things have moved, not once did she offer me help with locating anything, or check in on me. I finally ended up finding what I was looking for and bought it and left. It was not a pleasant experience to not receive assistance, especially because I usually require assistance while shopping. Will not be coming back.

Global Pet Foods carries a large variety ofpet food & is reasonably priced.The staff there are helpful and friendly.

I went to this location which has always been great before. I have always looked to the employees here as most of them are knowledgeable about their products. I was in buying bag 12 of my food and I get one free.I was cashing out when I had same brand but 2 different lines and I had a horrible experience with Joelene.I have always had a great experience with Mackenzie and one other tall girl with brown hair. she is the one who put me on this food brand! Mackenzie politely informed me and Joelene, it won’t work because they are 2 different lines. NEVER have I ever encountered a more disrespectful/ entitled employee like Joelene, she put her hand up to mackenzies face to tell her to stop talking and acted like she knew what she was doing. As stated before it didn’t work with the 2 lines. I wasn’t even mad that she was wrong, I was mad at the fact the she treated a co-worker like that. That’s not even the best part, to add to her embarrassment and how flustered she was she didn’t even know how to fix her mistake. I definitely think this employee needs more training not only on products and processes but how to be more respectful. I hope I don’t encounter her again because I would rather make the drive back when I know someone else is more capable of assisting.

By far the best location i have been to. Super knowledgeable and you can tell they care about their pets.I brought my pup in here and I expressed the struggle I go through with feeding my dog as he’s so picky and he recommended a beef bone broth meal topper.The gentlemen saw that I was a little hesitant as I wasn’t too sure if my dog would enjoy it and he sent me home with a 591ml of the bone broth to just try out for no cost and see if it helps.Definitely felt valued and understood when sharing my concerns with my dog and would recommend this location in a heart beat!

I went in to get something to help my friend's cat feel a bit better as she is not doing well and MacKenzie and Josh really helped me. They were both very knowledgeable and kind. They greeted me right away when I walked through the door and made me feel very well taken care of. I believe that they both deserve high praise and raises if possible. Thank you again MacKenzie and Josh, you made my day happier.

The 2 girls that was on the shift today were very friendly and helpful. They listen to my concerns and found products to fit my needs. Def recommend this place. High quality pet food.

Decent selection of good quality products; fair amount of all-natural healthy items to choose for your pet(s). Editing this review from three stars to one star. We use to come here all the time (pre-pandemic) and there was one staff member who was warm, friendly, and attentive; other staff seemed to hate their jobs but the one employee (don't know her name, unfortunately) carried the previous three-star review alone.Re-visited this location a few weeks ago and the store was a complete mess. No prices were listed on any products we were interested in and the only two staff members on the floor had boxes/cases/pet food everywhere. One employee went to the back to put away pet food leaving the other employee on the floor stocking items from a hoard of boxes. Are there not stocking hours that this can take place so that customers don't have to walk around mazes to get to their desired products? Anyway, we figured it must have been bad timing for our visit if they decided to unbox and stock at that time - fair enough. We picked up five items from the store and when we asked one employee the price of the items (since there were NO PRICES listed on any of our selected items), she said "I don't know, the prices haven't been put on yet"; then went back to stock the pet treats she was working on. We then asked, "do you mind checking the price for us?". The employee was not rude to us but did seem a bit irritated that she had to leave her stocking station - well, someone has to check us out eventually so one of the two staff would have to come to the front anywayYesterday we dropped in this location to grab pill pockets for our doggo. This time the product had a price listed on it - $9.99 (as you can see from the photo). When we went to cash out, the total came up to $15.81 (i.e. the receipt shown in photo). Puzzled by the discrepancy, we showed the cashier (i.e. Megan) Global Pet Food's own price tag of $9.99. Megan looked down and said that "the item was scanning in at $13.99". We then said "but it's listed as $9.99 and that was what we were prepared to pay". Megan replied with "yeah but prices are going up due to covid". Prices going up due to covid is understandable for EVERY business but when you LIST your product at a certain cost, and you want your customers to pay a higher cost, is it wrong to ask that you CHANGE YOUR PRICE TAGS so that customers are not thrown off by the price uptick when we cash out? When did it become acceptable to increase the price of your products at the cash register (regardless what your price tags indicate) and expect the customers to simply "understand the covid times" so"yes, please pay us more".....?Don't know what is worse: having no price tags OR having price tags that the store does not honor. In any case, it's a surprise in both scenarios - the surprises that most people don't find fun.We were so frustrated since we needed the pill pockets to give medication to our doggo but did not want to argue the price difference because during this fifth wave, we want to do our part by going in and out of the store with minimal social contact. Since Megan did not see an issue with charging us a price that is higher than the price listed on the product, and we didn't see any other staff or manager available to inquire, we paid and left. (Our dog's medication needed to be given in a timely manner so we had no choice but to accept the store's reasoning for not honoring the price tags at the cash register). The point is not about the $4 uptick of your product during covid times - the issue is about integrity, fairness, and respect to your paying customers (who by the way, for some, are ALSO struggling through pandemic times).We will never visit this Global again. Will try other locations.

I came in the store with my daugther today and the coworkers behind the counter were what seemed liked gagging up on their fellow coworker over what I heard to be a mistake but that is not how coworkers should speak to one another and if she Clearly seen her mistake why wee the coworker treating her like that... Sorry but the one was basically I ln tests and she has always been extremely helpful and polite to me whenever at the store she shouldn't be crying at work due to coworkers.
