After being too many goodlife gyms, this one needs a revamp big time. I personally am not a big fan of the
Layout, location of gym equipment, etc. Sucks when it's the closest gym to you, lol

Kiki and saru were extremely helpful today with my kids. Thank you both for joining the classes and making my kids comfortable within the gym environment. GM Trevor and fitness manager Mat were also excellent and treated us like family!!

Giving a 4 star because it's my fav gym to work out but it's time to bring back jump other gyms have days cares for mom's like myself who are working on themselves and now that it's summer it's so hard to get in because where am I putting my son.. really consider your single parents GL

Was greeted with so much hospitality and care when approached the front-desk staff for help. A gentleman named “Dru” assisted me with unfreezing my membership and I’m so pleased with the entire interaction, truthfully I was under the impression that he was the manager of the facility due to the true authentic compassion that I received from him. This man is carrying the entire facility??????.

It’s a fantastic gym with lots of space and tons of equipment. I switched to this location because the sign out front says it’s open 24 hours. This only applies 3 days a week apparently. Little disappointing to find out they close at 6pm on weekends. Should take the 24 hour sign down since it applies less than 50% of the time.

No staff at the front which is quite concerning. I waited for 20+ mins at the front to grab a towel and still no staff. I understand this location does not get too busy, however, one staff should always be present at the front for various reasons. Also, the female change room is not very clean.
