We had the pleasure of purchasing our second truck at Jaguar Lakeridge. Once again Rob made our trade in and purchasing of our F-Pace an excellent experience. He took the time to find us a truck that we loved and provided excellent service. Rob took so much time ensuring that we knew all the features of our new truck. I would avoid the service department at all costs. Especially if your aren't under factory warranty.I brought my XE diesel to them to repair a leaking fuel injector. In the process of working on the car, their tech broke a bolt holding the injector to the car. The insisted that this was my issue and I would be responsible for an approx. 6k repair. They also collaborated on a story that was completely fabricated in regards to why I was responsible for the repair,This is bad business at it's best.Avoid at all costs!!

The service department at this location is stellar. I had the privilege of working with Ismail, he made me feel welcome the moment we met, he is incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through everything regarding my service appointment and clearly explained my warranty and all services covered and provided , his customer service was exceptional. Shortly after my appointment I got a crack in my Jaguars windshield, I reached out to him for advice and he provide all the details necessary ,that I chose him and his team to replace my windshield instead of my insurance referred windshield experts. Ish thank you ? you are fantastic !

If there was a Zero- that would be our experience with this dealership. I purchased a Jaguar F pace 2018 Diesel- Basically a Lemon- constant issues. $$$$ We brought it in for detailing a while back and they took it for a test drive and came back with some broken hose ended costing us $4741.24. Nothing wrong at the time, but they found something wrong. I would estimate my repairs to be at least $15k-20 k in the 4 years we have owned this!!Anytime we bring it in, the magic number is always $5k. Icing on the lemon cake of a vehicle. MY diesel engine, died at 167km, diesel engines are suppose to run 300,000 even 400,000 km. We got it towed to the dealership and was quoted $28266.65 for a replacement. No remorse, they do not stand behind their products. Basically just told us we didn't purchase extended warranty! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER OR ANY JAGUAR products. They keep saying you purchased a High end vehicle, comes with high end cost, but no value -0$ value to their products. Basically i'm stuck with a vehicle I can no longer drive due to the faulty engine & an abnormally repair cost of $ 28 k+++. NO customer service!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR BRAND EVER!

I just went along for the ride when my husband needed a tube of touch-up paint for his SVR – and I ended up buying a hot red F-Pace straight out of the showroom. Rob Woudwyk knew my husband and wandered over to introduce himself to me. By then I think I had already mentally bought the car. Though even he would have to admit the entire sale kind of plopped into his lap, Rob rose to the occasion and the process was flawless.Picking up the car was an amazing new experience. Instead of what I had been used to (“Sign here, sign there, gimme your money, here’s the keys”) Rob painstakingly went over every detail of the car. He spent over an hour, outlining everything I needed to know and setting up my personal preferences. ( I didn’t think he would have been able to explain the logic behind a gear shift that goes forward for reverse and backward for drive, so I didn’t bother to ask. That’s the one thing I am still struggling with. Fortunately, it beeps before I "reverse" through my garage wall.)This dealership clearly emphasizes customer service and understands that even small things mean a lot; Rob let me know about a construction issue nearby and what route to avoid. He curated a gift bag of cool Jag swag. He phoned me after I had the car for a weekend, just to make sure I was happy. He said he’d check in again every once in a while, and I believe him.And for the cherry on top of this particularly lovely sundae? When we were signing all the necessary forms, the very personable financial manager, Shannon Groves, casually said, “Sign here and we’ll cut you a customer loyalty cheque for a thousand dollars …” and I was saying “Wait. You’ll what now???”Overall, a terrific experience and a terrific car!

Having recently purchase a vehicle from Lakeridge Jaguar/Land Rover, I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.As my f-Pace SVR was a custom order it took several months to arrive, and throughout the wait my sales associate Rob Woudwyk regularly kept me up to date on how things were progressing including the actual build start/completion dates and shipping information together with the name and tracking link to the ship that was brining it to Canada.When the vehicle did arrive Rob spent over 2 hours with me going over and setting up the vehicle in accordance with my personal preferences.Following pick up I had occasion to visit the service department to have a minor cosmetic issue dealt with, and was very impressed with how Greg Kerkos, the Service Manager oversaw the entire process.Upon arrival, and following a review of what would be required, he called in a specialist to effect the repair, and while waiting I was offered a comfortable chair, refreshments, and Greg provided me with regular updates.To date, this has been the most positive overall experience that I have had at an automotive dealership.If you happen to be in the market for a Jaguar or Land Rover, I’d highly recommend that you consider Lakeridge.
