We have been taking our vehicles here since the 90s, but when they moved to Dillingham due to the fire at the Westney location, their service went downhill. The receptionist was rude and inconvenienced by having customers. Booked me for a morning appointment, and when I got there, they said they didn't do morning appointments. Had to go back another day. Found another location that I am extremely happy with.

Buyers beware!!!
I sit in the waiting room, an entire hour goes by, I get up go around the shop to find my car damaged. Seemed like they tried to reattach the bumper, plugs were missing, zip tie etc... The bumper was badly damaged. I ask what happened, some Asian dude walks past me giggling and saying something in another language, ignores me.
Some other guy came out of the shop claimed there was a "misjudgement" and the car fell off the hoist. There wasn't much happening so I had to tell him "I need the car fixed" he finally called and sent me to a nearby bodyshop without a loaner car or anything to compensate me for what BS I had gone through all day.
Later I find out from someone else the rust treatment wasn't done properly and they had to finish it. The car was super dry indeed, no drip underneath or anything.

I found the initial customer service to be okay until I was in the shop. It went downhill from there. This was my first time getting rust proofing done and they forgot to mention that it drips for several days. As a result my stone driveway got totally messed up. I was told that it is mentioned at the back of the invoice which I was supposed to read. I will try to remove the marks for the next one month by using different chemicals since the cleaner provided by them did nothing . If that doesn’t help, I will be filing a legal case.

I've been going to this location for a long time. Old owners were great, this new owner puls no punches when it comes to the customers and their complaints. I brought my Ram Rebel in to have a full treatment done, afterwards, I noticed there was NO dropping from underneath on the drivers side, I looked under and that side was dry! I brought it back and the issue was addressed. However, they missed putting plugs in on about half the drilled spits. They intact missed several key areas they said they'd do.
My other vehicle is a 2006 limited addi5ion Dodge Charger Daytona. (It's a show car). I bring it in to be treated before putting it in storage for the winter. When I got home and inspected it, there was very little sprat evidence underneath, and just like my truck, many key areas were missed, were several plugs were missing too. I spoke to the owner who was insulting, extremely rude and even confrontational. He promised to come out to my house to address the issue. The next morning, he called and told me he had changed his mind and will not be coming out. The over all feeling wi4h this guy was very irritating not too mention beyond unprofessional. If I were you, I'd think very long and hard before spending your time and money with this place. There are many others around and I'm positive you will get better treatment, and better quality of work.

I go to Krown Rust Control every year to have my car sprayed to protect it from all the salt and to prolong the life of my car. They provide quick and efficient service. The staff there are so wonderful, personable and professional!!! I highly recommend their services.

Brought my brand new jeep wrangler to the Ajax location. My Jeep had almost no kms and was spotless. Doing my first oil change on it last week and the underneath was absolutely free of any type of spray. At this time it was the perfect time to spray the brand new clean vehicle bottom and not a drop was sprayed. I would guess only the inside of doors had been done but this doesn't excite me much since all the doors are aluminum, they wont rust!
They screwed me on my plan to have my jeep protected at the best possible time!
Are they actually spraying the underneath of yours? are you sure?

Just had my car oil sprayed here, and they did a great job. Was impressed to see they gave my car a quick courtesy wash, too. I would recommend this place

We've used Krown Rust Control in Ajax for a number of years and have always had great service. The new location in Pickering provides the same great service.
