The stores is clean and neat but
unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff were very rude and unprofessional, and I felt unwelcomed as a customer. I hope the owner address this issue with their team to ensure better service for others in the future.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The way Tnya and Tammy treated us at this LCBO was beyond unprofessional.
We made a simple, honest mistake — picked up the wrong beer by accident and went back within half an hour to explain. Instead of showing even a bit of understanding or trying to help, both of them instantly brushed us off. Their first reaction was literally “Oh no!” — not in a helpful way, but in a tone that screamed annoyance.
We didn’t even get a receipt from them in the first place, and when we mentioned that, they didn’t bother to check the system or explain any return or exchange process. They just snapped, “Without a receipt we can’t do anything, maybe management can,” and when asked when the manager would be in, they shrugged and said, “Maybe 10 or noon.” Absolutely no effort to assist.
Then came the most shocking part — they actually brought out the garbage bin from the front of the store and told us to dig through it ourselves to look for the receipt. I mean, who does that?! The sheer lack of respect was unbelievable.
To top it all off, when we tried to calmly continue the conversation, they said they “can’t help anymore because we were holding up the line.” Imagine being treated like an inconvenience for simply asking for help with a mistake that wasn’t even fully ours.
The whole interaction was humiliating and infuriating. Both Tnya and Tammy need serious retraining in how to treat customers with basic decency. LCBO should be ashamed to have employees like this representing their brand. I will absolutely be reporting this experience to head office because this level of rudeness and indifference is completely unacceptable.

Pathetic service from Taniya and Tammy. If dealing with customers is such a burden, maybe you both should step away from the job instead of taking it out on people. Courtesy seems like a foreign concept here — absolutely no professionalism or basic respect. Shocking that management continues to keep such careless and rude staff.

This can be the busiest LCBO store in Ajax especially near the holiday times. it's quite a large store with a separate walk-in cooler for the beer selection. Good customer service, great staff and a good selection of wines and spirits. A good size vintage wine section is also available.

This review is just for the specific cashier I had today. I think her name was Stephanie? She was really nice and kind and I was buying a bottle of sake I had never tried before and when she scanned it she said it was really good. Ups to her for good vibes

Staff charged me for things I didn’t buy. Then applied a gift card incorrectly and threw it out without applying it. I know the beer in stores thing must be hitting you guys hard but straight up scamming people isn’t going to get you very far.
