It all started with a return that the system didn’t recognize to Dayne going out of his way to resolve the issue. Then walking me through the store showing me the clearance section and helping me with a couple purchases with his high fashion sense. The gentleman (Dayne) knows what he’s doing!

I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service at the Levi’s store in Ajax. On my most recent visit, I was helped by Dayne and Josue with a very unusual return, and they both went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness—it was honestly one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had.
What stands out is that this wasn’t just a one-time experience. On a previous visit, another young associate also provided outstanding service, which shows me that this level of care and attention is part of the culture of this store. It’s rare these days to walk into a retail space and feel so genuinely welcomed and supported.
This is such an inviting store, and it’s clear that whoever is responsible for hiring is doing a fantastic job of choosing individuals who truly embody what customer service should be. Hats off to the entire team—you’ve set the bar very high!

What a great experience! I’m surprised this was my first time here. Nathan, Shaneece, and Sabrina were all very helpful with the details on the promotion, grabbing different sizes and helping us out in the change room. Such a good deal on the items I got too! They are great team and really made for a good shopping visit ☺️

I came here to buy jeans. I had help from an associate who grabbed my sizes and styles for me. There was a promotion for 2 pairs. Upon getting to the cash I realized one of the pairs of pants were stained.
They did not have another pair in the same style in any other colour. Clearly, trumped up to luck. But to be helped one on one by an associate, sent to try them on only to be disappointed at cash with zero solution offered…. I have to say I’m leaving here today very disappointed and empty handed after a 2 hour drive.
I’d quote bad customer service but there seems to be more at hand, poor quality control and floor inspections for damaged merchandise. A customer should never leave your store empty handed when prepared to make a purchase, a solution should have been offered
Clearly conversion and customer satisfaction isn’t a big deal to their sgm. Is it not the job of the receiver doing shipment to look over merchandise for exact issues like this?
