Zoila is a true standout at this spa! She’s incredibly friendly and takes excellent care of all my hair needs. Her lively, welcoming personality makes every visit enjoyable and relaxing. Zoila is not just a stylist but a skilled professional who truly listens to what I want and ensures I leave feeling confident and satisfied with my hair.
The reception staff are also wonderful—always knowledgeable, smiling, and providing a warm and friendly welcome. They set a great tone for the entire experience, making you feel valued from the moment you walk in.
Zoila sets a high standard for customer service at the spa, and her warmth and attention to detail reflect the overall quality of this place.

I asked for half highlights just to frame my face and around the top of my hair. The junior stylist decided to only highlight half of my hair (one side)???. She added highlights underneath the layers of my hair (I specifically said the top only) and she ultimately damaged my hair. When I asked for a correction I was offered a follow-up appointment 2 weeks from the date of the complaint. Followed by a slur of insults such as she should have known there would be an issue because the consultation took longer than 15 minutes which is not true. She charged close to $300 and condescendingly mentioned she had to use her own products to do my hair. At that point the trust was completely broken. I refused for her to touch my hair again and asked for a partial refund in which the stylist said no.
$600 later, 2 additional visits with another salon to fix the damage that was done.
The stylist is incompetent, has zero listening skills, and should find a new profession. There was zero follow-up. I expected more.

Hair type: My hair is curly and Mona cut, coloured, put highlights and gave me a style. She did a fantastic job!
Stylist: Mona exceeded beyond my expectations. She is very gentle, respectful, good listener and her experience made my experience amazing. Good job Mona, way to go!!

I was here for a facial and the lady who did mine her name was Audrey. She was very sweet and soothing and while she was giving me the facial she was very gentle and would recommend. 10/10

It had been a long time since my last visit, but I returned to Life Spa for a much-needed massage, and it was fantastic! I love the overall experience—everything from the heated table and soothing music to the oil massage tailored to my desired intensity and the warm towels made for a comfortable environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional.
I highly recommend Dion as he has been my go-to massage therapist. Booking an appointment online is easy, and they even call to confirm, which is a nice touch. Even if you’re not a gym member, this is a great opportunity to use the facilities.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and I can't wait to go back!

I was recommended the LifeSpa that is located inside Life Time Athletic in Ajax. I saw RMT Dion Clarke for 1 hour who provided an exceptional service that is helping me on my journey of pain management. The staff was professional, appointment was well organized and scheduled, room was clean both welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. The massage techniques used by Dion were effective and helped release some of the pain I was having since my concussion. I highly recommend LifeSpa but specifically RMT Dion. An added bonus is that you can also use the Life Time Athletic facility for the day. I enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and steam room after.

Just had the most wonderful massage with Matthew at the life spa. I’ve had ongoing issues with tight traps. I was able to get incredible release from this treatment. Already booked for another!

Her smile, friendly energy and attention to the client experience is something that you cannot miss- she even prepared me tea while we chatted!

I had my first facial at LifeSpa today with Sharon, and it was an amazing experience. The entire session was incredibly relaxing, and I left with my skin absolutely glowing. Sharon took her time to really understand my skin’s needs and provided excellent recommendations tailored to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

I regularly see Jenelle for massages- it’s amazing! I used to see her at a previous place of employment and followed her to LifeSpa. I am never disappointed and she works flexible hours to accommodate her service recipients busy schedules! LifeSpa has always gone above and beyond to assist in making my experience always the best and staff are all professional and welcoming!

I was in for a massage with a young man and was disappointed with the experience. The light was way too bright the room too quiet and the headrest was too low ended up leaving with a kinked neck.Likely won’t return.
