Sam and the team at Midas are the absolute best! They went out of their way on an extremely busy day to discover that there was a wire that was loose inside the door on my son's Mazda 3 when I was told by another mechanic that I needed two motors replaced for both doors, which would've cost me well over $1000. These mechanics have great expertise, are talented, honest and they care. I will be back for sure!

We visited for an oil change and to get help with a gas tank flap issue. Unfortunately, the staff were rude, so we decided not to proceed.

the most horrible shop to go to! The owner is very rude and stressed out and gives poor customer service. Went there to have a resonator put in that I had already bought. price went from $140-$190.. when I got my car back my exhaust was hanging down muffler tips about a foot out and crooked.. after owner and I got into heated exchange he threw the keys to me and said here I won’t charge you anything. So I left went somewhere else to have it all fixed up. They are butchers.

I choose 0 star for the receptionist at the front desk very rude and aggressive
Watch for an old bold guy at the front desk hell swear at you and start yelling very rude guy 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Ok let me get real. The workers specifically here are those kind of ones that tell you that you have something wrong when you don’t. I wouldn’t be surprised if during my oil change, they unscrewed a bunch of stuff to make more. These guys did the most to make me spend more money to like it was so annoying. Even when I declined multiple times, it felt like I was a tourist spot. The oil change was quick, which I’ll give it a star for but everything else was really weird and the service was really weird and I didn’t really appreciate how uneasy I felt.

*The shop damaged my front lip when they were changing my oil*
Everytime I take my car to a shop, I usually check everything if something is damaged or not. So when the car was brought back around i saw that my front lip and bumper were dented. At first the shop guy was denying it and said it could have been my fault. Good thing I have a dashcam and caught the whole thing. They lied to my face straight up. The guy denying that they did it saw the whole thing happened and it was caught on video. If I didnt have my dashcam they would have gotten away with it. So please when you guys bring your car to a shop always double check and take pictures just incase you face the situation as me.
They did offer to fix it (ofc) since i had evidence that they did it.
