Ok let me get real. The workers specifically here are those kind of ones that tell you that you have something wrong when you don’t. I wouldn’t be surprised if during my oil change, they unscrewed a bunch of stuff to make more. These guys did the most to make me spend more money to like it was so annoying. Even when I declined multiple times, it felt like I was a tourist spot. The oil change was quick, which I’ll give it a star for but everything else was really weird and the service was really weird and I didn’t really appreciate how uneasy I felt.

*The shop damaged my front lip when they were changing my oil*
Everytime I take my car to a shop, I usually check everything if something is damaged or not. So when the car was brought back around i saw that my front lip and bumper were dented. At first the shop guy was denying it and said it could have been my fault. Good thing I have a dashcam and caught the whole thing. They lied to my face straight up. The guy denying that they did it saw the whole thing happened and it was caught on video. If I didnt have my dashcam they would have gotten away with it. So please when you guys bring your car to a shop always double check and take pictures just incase you face the situation as me.
They did offer to fix it (ofc) since i had evidence that they did it.

This is my first and last visit in Midas Ajax. Very bad experience. I took my car for wheel making noise it was wheel bearing noise. I drop my car and receive the call that my right side bearing making noise and we need to do alignment as well. When I picked my car and drove, the noise was still there. I took my car once again to Midas they told because of tire need to rotate. I spend couple $ to rotate the tire but my problem remain the same. Then I took my car once again to Midas Ajax they drove again and told me the left wheel bearing making noise. They even did not diagnose properly. I ended up paying the bill $900 without my real issue fix. They charge me part cost $269 + labour $240 and remainder for oil change and allignment. When I call the dealer and other auto shop they told me with part and labour they can fix $350. I guess these guys making too much profits on part and labour as well.
Well I would not recommend this Midas Ajax - becareful take quote from other auto shop as well if you are still preferring Midas

They squeezed me in before close, then brought me into the shop to show me another problem that ended up saving me over $250.

They spent 4 hours just to put a coolant in my car tank and they charged me a lot for labor: Coolant $30, put in tank $90. Total: $120.Also, the car is all time out of your view. They just take it and made everything probably in the back. I asked them how was everything after 2 hours because put coolant should be something simple, and after 2 hours they didn’t give me any reason, just "we continue working on it, we will let you know when is ready".Really those guys looks very lazy… I believe just to justify the high price of the labor. Sure I will never going back there.I have been in another Midas and my experience has been good, I want to clarify is this location.

Worst than ever experienced I don’t have any issue with my car every time I bring it here I always get an issue. I used this location only just for tire storage and tire replacement.

Had an oil change done they also replaced a couple lights and my air filter they checked out everything. It was the cheapest I could find they did an excellent job I will definitely be going back to Midas.
