Great experience at this Old Navy location! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate—which made shopping stress-free. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful.
The fitting rooms were tidy and well-kept, and I didn’t have to wait long for a room even though the store was fairly busy. I wish they had a bit more stock but I dont think they have control over that considering the location.
Overall, this Old Navy really stands out for both its customer service and its store presentation. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had such a great experience shopping at Old Navy thanks to Ian. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Ian really does. His friendly attitude and knowledge made my visit so easy and enjoyable. A few weeks ago, I had the absolute pleasure of shopping for baby clothes for my very first grandchild, and I just have to say, Bella was a darling young lady who made the whole experience so special. She greeted me with a smile the moment I walked in and took the time to help me pick out the softest, sweetest little outfits. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed (it’s been a long time since I shopped for baby things!), but Bella was so patient and kind.
She even helped me match colours and explained all the little details, sizes, fabrics, what would work for newborns. You could tell she genuinely cared. My daughter absolutely loved everything I brought home. Thank you, Bella, for making this grandma feel confident and excited—you were a blessing!
Highly recommend this store, and if you get Bella, you’re in good hands.

Had a great shopping experience at this location! It’s larger than the one in the Oshawa Centre, and the staff are friendly. I found most of what I was looking for, and as always, Old Navy offers fantastic deals—20-30% off almost everything! Perfect spot to stock up on wardrobe basics!

The woman checking my clothes out was so unengaged - sure, fine it’s retail, i get it - but left a tag on my pants. It wasn’t even busy, she just didn’t care. So i wasted 30 minutes of life driving round trip to come back and get it removed. Horrible service.
