    We buy the seasonal car wash pass and live less than 5 mins away so this location is convenient for us, but for some reason the wash is ALWAYS closed by 11:30pm, the gas lines are always long so we try to go during the down times but I feel like they are scamming us by closing early

    I paid for the highest level cleaning on two separate occasions and neither time did it fully clean my car. Very disappointed.
