We have had nothing but positive experiences at Pets Smart with our Golden’s grooming. They take great care and show detailed attention to the traditional grooming style. We’ve had several grooms in this location. We love how good they are with him. Thank you Kiana and Nikki!

My partner and I recently visited this PetSmart to return a dog crate that was barely used, well within the return time frame, and at the same location where it was purchased. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely frustrating and upsetting, all due to the poor customer service we received from the manager, Theresa.
When we tried to return the crate, Theresa gave us a hard time and was incredibly rude. Even after explaining that we no longer have the dog and have no use for the crate, she remained stubborn and reluctant to accept the return. The crate was in resalable condition, yet she made the entire process unnecessarily difficult.
Customer service should be about helping and understanding customers, but that was far from what we experienced here. We left the store feeling disrespected and frustrated. This interaction has definitely made us reconsider shopping at this location in the future.

Had a terrible experience with the groomer ava I went to have my dogs nails trimmed and she clearly has no knowledge of dealing older large breed dogs she physically tried to lift my 130 lb dog on the table then when she couldn't get him on she took him back out to me and refused to do it I asked if they had a ramp or if I could get him to jump up or use a ramp was told no they don't have a ramp and I wasn't able to help I've been to this location before with my other dog with out an issue and was even told I had to bring in the vet papers to my other dog that's been several times I'm a reasonable person but I could tell she was being lazy and didn't want to do her Job or had any interest in helping my pets very cold towards my dogs so if you should go I don't recommend ava she's there just as a job not there because she likes pets wish I could leave zero stars

I was giving a high rating HOWEVER twice I have placed orders for delivery during sales and the orders have been cancelled about 2-3 days after the order went through. No where am I given any explanation about my order. Just cancelled.
Now the sale is over and so I can’t take advantage of the great price. Come on PETSMART! We are all hurting right now so I watch for sales so I can feed my cats quality food and use good quality litter.
This is totally UNACCEPTABLE and no way to do business!

Hey Im a new partner of a mini goldendoodle, and I'm very protective of him ,his name is lulu ,I book a puppy daycare for him at the ajax location, only because family is visiting and I had to take them to Niagara Falls .so I call and stay on the phone for 45 mins making reservations for him to spend the day .
I spoke him told me everything is good bring your puppy 7 am for dropping off
When I got there, I gave the manager who was taking them in his name he said there's no Louis here I said try lulu his nickname, he said you have no booking
This man was so dismissive and rude ,I said try my name he said yes you are here .then he took mu puppy health card and said we cant keep your puppy because he don't have the shoots that petsmart requires. I say what is the name of the shoots he like so I can't help you we can't talk your puppy ,now why didn't the person I spoke tell me this, I live in Peterborough and now I have no one to watch my puppy,I call my vet ,he said my puppy is upto day on all his shoots ,I ask the manager please show my where it's required on your website, he said I don't know it's just our requirement. I was so disappointed I shop at petsmart alot and I understand the rules but that man made me feel so bad ,I had to take my puppy with me he was so stressed and uncomfortable. And I want this rude manager to pay for our experiences that morning

Horrible service. Although I was acknowledged, a young lady with blonde hair and the other staff were not efficient and were chit chatting away with a preferred customer about their pets. Whats more, the staff looked like they were gossiping with each other and annoyed about me asking if someone could help me. I wouldn't come back here again. I ended up not being helped and walked out without spending a penny.

Our groomer Kiana was absolutely amazing! She let us know what was included in the puppy bath and trim which was very helpful as it was our puppy’s 2nd time to the groomer.
We also went to the wrong location and she was able to accommodate us when we arrived even though they were quite busy. Amazing service ! We will definitely book with Kiana again
