The Purolator Drop Box is confirmed to exist. Some customers find it quite easy to find, while others note it was a little hard to find. The staff are described as amazing, super friendly, super helpful, and approachable, providing great customer service. The drop box is convenient for returns, but it won't take packages any bigger than a large book and does not accept small boxes due to space reasons. Parcels are processed successfully.

Dropped off my package over a WEEK ago and it still on Amazon that nothing has been dropped off... Wondering if someone took it or what the case is here.

Put a package I was returning couple weeks ago still haven’t heard anything, not sure if it got picked up.

Can confirm that this drop box does indeed exist. Quite easy to find as well. Won’t take packages any bigger than say a large book though.
