I would recommend rebound sales and services to anyone. Brian is such an honest and great mechanic! As a women, there’s always that fear of mechanics taking advantage, but I never felt that with Brian :)He has gone above and beyond and was completely transparent when my old car died and told me it wasn’t worth it to fix. On top of that he gave me great advice for purchasing a new car. Which was extremely appreciatedMy old car was also my dads car (who is passed) and he saved a a piece of the car for me and the emblem so I can always have a part of my dads car with me. Which was so thoughtful since I was super upset to say goodbye to itBrian and Logan’s service is extremely exceptional and they truly do go above and beyond for their customers!I have never experienced such better service from any other shopThey truly are the best around!Just know you will be taken care off when you take your car here !

Rebound Sales & Services is highly recommended if you're looking for a fair service and pricing. The employees are very polite and welcoming, with a positive mindset and a great sense of humor.Analysis of what's wrong with your vehicle tends to be quickly determined and is often repaired within a day *depending on the type of issue, of course. The location is easy to find, and parking is available to customers. The building is on the ground floor and therefore accessible to wheelchairs.I've visited the location multiple times now and am pleased with the service and interaction provided.

Great to see Brian still in business after 4 years since I moved to Montréal. After over a decade I've never given a google review but Brian is the best mechanic in the GTA. Til this day I still recommend him if I'm ever asked. I really hope he passes his business down so it continues after he retires!

I’m always a skeptic when it comes to mechanics because you’re always at their mercy when it comes to what they charge and think your car needs. With Brian I’m never worried about being over charged, he’s always honest and transparent and does a great job. If you’re looking for a reliable mechanic this is the place to go.

Update: Bought tires here. Brian quoted me about $475 (it was $476+change, I think) *installed* for a set of Sailuns. But when the bill came it was $480 for the tires + $120 install + tax. No, I didn't make a mistake -- he quoted me under $480 for the tires and installation, but then charged me as if he hadn't given me a deal AT ALL. I paid it, but I'm not coming back. I don't want to get ripped off again.OP: Been coming here for a couple years now -- good service, good work, honest mechanic. Definitely recommend.Services: Wheel alignment

I am disappointed in the service I got at rebound and with Brian. Although he seemed knowledgeable and experienced, it didn’t turn out so good for me. Heres the story, my wife’s car had check engine lights on and she complained about shuddering (Honda). I drove by the shop (close to where I live) and asked Brian if he was CERTAIN he could diagnose the engine trouble and repair. He said of course I can but we are booked up so i scheduled an appointment a week later. A week later I drop off the car at 9am for the day to give him time to diagnose and fix. By end of day he calls me to tell me they were too busy could not fix bring back tomorrow. Tomorrow same time I drop off the car at 9am. I pass by at 4pm to check on progress and can see that the car wasn’t touched. By 6pm he calls me again and says too busy couldn’t fix (my wife had to take an uber to work both days $160 lost). I booked again for the following week, dropped the car at 9am he was supposed to adjust the valves. By end of day he calls to say he had replaced an 02 sensor (I told him when i dropped of the car i had tested both sensors and they passed). But the check engine lights were still on! He told me he couldn’t figure out what it was and to sell the car and buy a new one (80k on the car). That cost me $550.00. Don’t get me wrong, this would have been a fair price IF it was a required job to do and authorized repair (think he was looking to recoup some costs for the time to diagnose but really unfair to me as I left with a car no better off then when I went in, three days of lost time and $850 up in smoke ($540 for the bill $160 for ubers $300 for tow keep reading). I had agreed to valve change not 02 sensor change?!) and was not notified of this repair in advance only when i went to pickup. 2 days later the car broke down on the highway for same issue. $300 in tow, 4 hours waiting for tow trucks and getting my home at 9pm after work plus a new bill from dealer (where i should have taken in the first place). All in all this repair will now cost me over $ 2000 tbd . To be fair I would go to Rebound for simple things like change my tires or replace brake pads and rotors. Not for any type of engine diagnostic and repair! Sorry Brian but this was a fair assessment of my experience and pretty sure you will agree with the events above.**UPDATE Jan, 27, 2022. The issue as correctly diagnosed by Honda was bad injectors. I told Brian that I suspected injectors and he said NO WAY could not be ona car with 80k! Instead he replaced a good 02 sensor after having advised and we agreed that he would be cleaning out the valves (we never agreed to change sensor especially a $250+ labour 02 sensor which I could have gotten and replaced myself for a hundred bucks). SO, I stand by my review, diagnostics = no way. Any other minor issue sure why not. IMO go to a dealer EVEN if they charge a bit more you are guranteed not to have to return or fixed again like my loss.** UPDATE March 24 2022. An engine light came on this week (AFTER injectors repaired) I take it to Honda Mechanic. They tell me the 02 sensor that Brian at Rebound installed was after marker and was causing issues. Whaaaa?? Brian promised me the hefty price I paid for the sensor ($250.00) was because it WAS an original Honda Part! LIAR! I had to get the garbage $20 Rebound sensor out and put in an OEM sensor which fixed the problem SO Rebound not only gipped me with the original repair but caused me to have it repaired correctly once again! I am fuming mad! AVOID REBOUND AT ALL COSTS! below in photo to the right is the part they removed which rebound installed and the correct sensor part number that should have been installed. I lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my car for a check up only. Once they finish the check up, called me back to pick up my vehicle. My vehicle had a very strong engine oil smell that was never there before, turns out my entire engine had leaked oil and when I called to inquire about it, their response was "Oh forgot to tell you, your oil pan is gone." My vehicle did not have any leak at all, long story short, they charged me over $400.00 for it. The experience reminded of the mechanic shop in the movie THE MASK. I will never ever go there.
