I've been to a few pharmacies in my years and I've never had such caring pharmacists as I've had here. I'm so glad we had to start using this location at Harwood in order to receive our benefits through my husband's workplace. I'll never go anywhere else.

Always quick service, and the staff is always willing to answer questions. I wish they stayed open past 6 on weekdays, but I get why they don't. The plaza may not be safe for the employees at night.

What a difference in pharmacysI used to deal with another local Rexall, every single time there was an issue with picking up a prescriptionEverything from no response from my Doctor, to Ididnt request a refill at all, also getting my prescription mixed up with someone elses, i changed to this store 6 months ago, never an issue now, they even call me within a few hours to update me on the order

My rating is 3.4 stars. I'm rounding down. I have been shopping at The Grocery Outlet for a few years, but only drop by a few times a year. I've noticed the Rexall in the same plaza each visit, but never had a need to check it out. Well, I couple of Saturdays ago, I decided to drop by because I needed something. I drove over and parked. This plaza rarely has a full parking lot, so finding a spot was easy. I then walked over. This Rexall is an older store. It does not have automatic doors. You need to pull the door handle to walk in and push it to get out. It's not horrible, but it is a major inconvenience if accessibility is a necessity to you, or you bought a ton of stuff and your hands are full. This store has pretty much everything that you need from a pharmacy. You head to the back to fill or pick up a prescription. The aisles are wide. You can also get everything from canes to travel items. The snack section is impressive. Chips were nicely organized. I managed to see keto crackers for the first time at a Rexall. My usual two locations that I frequent in Whitchurch-Stouffville and Markham have yet to have them in stock. The clearance section is in the middle of the store. It was different. Most tend to be at the back, closest to the pharmacy. There wasn't anything that I wanted from this section, but I'm happy that it exists. This Rexall doesn't have public washrooms. I think it's more prevalent in newer stores. I was ready to pay for my items. I got to the cashout area. No one was there. Another female shopper arrived, so we waited. When the female staffer came by, she actually offered to help cash the woman next to me out first. I wasn't impressed, considering that I was standing right at the cashout counter. Anyway, being my polite self, I asked if she wanted to go first. She had one item in her hand. I had four. She said that I was there first, so it sorted everything out for the staffer. She could have simply asked who was there first, but she assumed incorrectly. I paid with a debit card. I also collected Be Well points through the app on my phone. The points take a while to accumulate, but I enjoy spending them when the time is right. I thanked the woman and left with my items. I managed to push through the door without dropping anything. Success! It's a good Rexall. If I'm in the area again and need something, I'd stop by. (204)

I always had a great experience here before today. The pharmacy associate Dirijah is very unprofessional. She made a mistake but continued to do finger pointing. Was even refusing to reimburse my money. After realizing her mistake she continued to be very disrespectful in the store during checkout.

The pharmacy people are always on top of things, intelligent and very helpful. They are easy to reach by phone, not like a lot of other pharmacies. They use a great delivery service and the pharmacy is very proactive. I highly recommend these helpful and kind people.

Went to rexall because i heard good thing about it. Turns out they were wrong , I got scammed from many product, was sick one day called the manager and got yelled at and never got my money back. I am furious

Have been going to this pharmacy for a long time and have never had any issues. The staff here are great. Very helpful and knowledgeable and have come to know our family.Would highly recommend.
