First and last visit to this pharmacy. AVOID the Pharmacy at all costs! Went 2 days ago to get a simple child antibiotics, they only had half and said to come back in 2 days. No problem, go back in 2 days and they cannot find my prescription, asked me 3 times if I picked it up already so clearly they have no tracking system of what is going in and out of the pharmacy (scary cause it's drugs!). They were looking everywhere for it and I guess eventually found it after waiting 45 minutes.
I also noticed multiple labels on my prescription so I peeled it off and it looks like another patient's prescription sticker was attached to this medicine dated a month ago so now I am wondering how long this medicine was mixed and sat on the shelf before Rexall relabeled and gave it to my child.

Terrible pharmacy. Store probably not as bad. As for the pharmacy. Came in at around 1230pm to drop off my prescriptions (3). Was then asked when I would like to pick it up. I told then today if possible. So the lady that was helping me then told me to wait because she was going to check if they had my medications in stock to make sure it could be done today. She than returned and said all 3 medications are available and will be ready by 4pm. I came back around 6pm thinking everything should be ready. Nope was told to wait 15 minutes because 1 of them was not ready. Waited 15-20 min was given my medications but 1 was missing. I asked about and they said they just need to pack it up. But the lady comes back saying it's not available and they'll have it tomorrow. So this pharmacy lied saying they have stock maybe just to get customers since they have so much negative reviews. They claimed it was "busy". Hence why it was a long wait. Go somewhere else if needed. This was my last resort as my regular didn't have my medications in stock.

Save yourself the trip, and find a different pharmacy. They will text you to say the medication is ready and when you arrive they tell you it still needs to be finished. Picked up meds for my son here today, they were not prepared properly and have little grains of medicine in the liquid, which makes it hard for him to take. Have gone to drop off prescriptions when my kids are sick and they tell me they can get it to me in 2 days. No, not acceptable.
Would give negative stars if possible.

Absolutely horrible service. When you call, they hang up before even saying hello. Wait times are ridiculous. Billing to private insurance is always an issue. Never an issue at any other pharmacy.

The pharmacy here is scary, borderline negligent.
I’ve picked up a dozen prescriptions here and there has been an issue with every one. They’ve lost prescriptions, they’ve given me half my prescription, they’ve given me antibiotics for my child that was not hydrated and was still in concentrated powder form with no instruction; thank god I know I’m not meant to be hydrating pharmaceuticals. When providing medication precision is critical and they completely lack it. I am genuinely worried for the safety of the community and will be changing pharmacies after this last incident.

The worst place to go to
The person behind the counter was telling excuse after excuse , asked me aren’t you with the Previous provider and provided a name of an insurance company as my previous providers we were never with that company in the past 7 years
Really concerned about what they did with my insurance detail that I gave during my last visit
Did they use my card for someone else’s purchase ?
The pharmacist behind the counter was clearly didn’t want to provide service
Excuse after excuse to refuse the service

I always seem to have some sort of issue when picking up my prescriptions at this location. Utterly incompetent staff always wanting to skirt the blame too. On the plus side, the front staff are always pleasant. But the medication staff need a revamp and/or a lesson on customer service ASAP.

Who ever the pharmacist was today may 15 2024 at 730pm needs to lean mannerism when speaking to customers, especially when people are nice to her to begin with

This has been my go to pharmacy since 2006! For the last year, they are impossible to get on phone, when you do a prescription refill and put a time you like it ready for pick-up, is never ready at that time. Put in a prescription request yesterday, Mar 20 at 9:30 am, for pu at 4pm, it's now Mar 21, 8:21 am, prescription still not processed and they can't seem to answer the phone at pharmacy. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Last week I had the unpleasant experience of watching the pharmacy assistant walk around with a tissue in one hand, frequently wiping her nose, same tissue, then handing me meds and cashing me out. No sanitizing or washing, if you sick stay home!

Excellent location.!.! Employees are friendly and always wanting to help. Pharmacy employees are extremely helpful and there to help anytime.

I would give 4 for the staff as they were polite and helped me find the medication ?. They answered all my questions with ease and I found better deals there and more discounts on things then other places

I want to give Shantel the biggest shout out, she is the only reason I keep coming back. The sweetest, most caring and wonderful person/employee, she always helps me gain points. Seeing her always brightens my day.
