Today I went to this branch . I was treated like a criminal and the employees Anurag and branch manager Liset discriminated me racially. Very poor customer service . Stay away from this branch and Scotia. The employees including manager doesn’t know what is customer service. Not sure how they are appointed. Treating the customer based on the race.

It's getting harder to get cash. Went to a Scotiabank to withdraw money. Again was not able to get money after hours at an ATM! Seeing this more and more. This is very strange.

Service is terrible. Dont waste your time. Took 1 hour to deposit a check. The branch manager doesn't even know how to respect a client and their valuable time. She is a dont care person. She doesn't even know how to do the transactions. The tellers are Extremely slow no eye contact or acknowledgment to guests, customer service is an all time low. Not service that you get at other branches. You can do better Scotiabank!

This Scotiabank branch is the nearest to our home. But that’s not the main reason we prefer this branch. Nimrat Parhar is our banking advisor here and he is great. He fully cares about his clients and goes the extra mile for us for all our banking needs. Thank you Nimrat! Its always a pleasure to meet you.

Nimrat Parhar performs excellent customer service and he treats you with lots of respect. He is also extremely helpful because he treats you like family which makes my experiences very comfortable.

Worst branch to walk in.Teller Mr. Quinn is never ever able to help with whatsoever. Everytime i go in this branch, I am told to go to different location. Seems like staff of this location doesn’t wants to work at all and just sit back in the chair.

Don’t even waste your time at this branch the tellers are extremely slow, the manager will stare into your soul while she sits in the back pretending like she’s busy… I had to wait over an hour just to get a new debit card a huge line up with only one staff working.The management clearly needs to speak with the manager of customer service to be kind to customers and assist with them not be a useless manager to the tellers.

This location is most disappointing! I was assured by the teller that a financial advisor will call me after 5pm to assist me with my RRSP needs. I don’t want to put the financial advisors or the tellers name here, although I could. Here I am..still waiting for a call! Then, you ask why I give this location this low rating every time! After being with your bank over 18 years, I expect a little better customer service! Thanks for calling Mr. NP!

I had a terrible experience today. I'm with scotiabank from 6.5years never faced such a bad experience. I recently moved to ajax and had to visit this branch due to cash withdrawal. The teller said that i can only withdraw 3000 as its a new policy so i have requested him to give me 500 more so that i can withdraw from machine (my daily withdrawal limit is 500) he was trying to help me but i think it was a bank manager (a lady) she was rude and disrespectfully dined my request and asked me to visit some other bank if i need 500 more. She talks with a customer with no respect/patience in tone and bullying facial expressions because of my race (brown person) I felt humiliated they way she communicated with me and made me guilty for choosing scotiabank who has zero tolerance employee working .not recommended this location. Scotia should take action on employees who are rude/discriminatory behavior.

Commendable customer associates at this location. Ms Cynthia was cordial, kind and eager to assist with my issue. I also connected with a Manager whose name started with an N, I believe. He was pleasant & resolved my issue.My issue lays with the fact that I got a new client card and the name associated with my security question was not shared with me nor accurate. This created frustration when attempting to call in/go online/go to a branch and activate the accounts associated with the card.

Switched to Scotia and this branch for the first time yesterday. My husband and I were assisted by Ash and he was phenomenal.My only complaint was that the reception from one of the tellers was lukewarm at best, and even though I said I was the one who had booked the appointment, she continuously addressed my husband regarding booking details (which he did not have) and even turned to him to say, "I assume the appointment is under your name?" I was incredibly offended and my husband was shocked as well. However, a woman named Liset took over and handled the situation well for us. It's a good thing she did, otherwise I likely would have left!
