This location has become a disgusting disgrace! I attended on Sunday November 12th 2023 and the front window was smashed. There were drips of blood in the ATM lobby. Tonight (Tuesday November 14th 2023) there were three drugged out homeless people in the ATM lobby relaxing! I think it is time to find a new bank!

Pretty bad branch, tellers and staff so rude and unhelpful. Worse customer service, but you’ll get good stories to laugh about to friends!

Lobby was filthy on Mon May 1 visited at 3 pm. Bag of someone’s garbage sitting in littered lobby which obviously hadn’t been cleaned all weekend.Waited for “Cash Select” instant teller which would NOT dispense ANY cash of any type.Went inside to get cash and waited 15 min. Told teller about instant teller who told her supervisor. BOTH treated me with indeference. Suggested a sign might be helpful. More indeference. Fed up with Scotia bank in general. They know it,s a pita to switch banks.

Ah, the bank that won't waive the $7 bank draft fee when you are taking out money to put on a mortgage WITH THEM! What an embarrassment. The guy at the counter was proud to charge us the fee. I'll be taking my mortgage to TD at renewal. Already swapped my accounts.

I have a bank draft that was not used and I would like it deposited to my account again, only $300. The teller said the cheque has already been cashed. How is that possible when I have the cheque with me. Not helpful at all.

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment with financial advisor (Marshalee Allen) at 4:15pm (time slot 4:15pm-5pm) today. I arrived at 4:20pm. The teller advised her I was there, and she came out with him. However, she said a quick hello and walked passed me into another room. I waited until 4:45pm and she still did not meet with me for my appointment. They do not care about clients or appointments times.

The teller that I spoke too was very rude and unhelpful. Also, was rude to the Scotiabank employee at another branch that needed to be coordinated with. Will never return to this location.

Save your time and money and just go to another bank. Try to charge to take your money, incompetent financial advisors(Irene parveen) poor communication etc. Their good at wasting your time and taking your money but god forbid if the help you at all. Not the first time…I’ll be going elsewhereLong time customer

Typical corporate money making machine, they make billions, charge just ridiculous fees, wait on the phone for 20 minutes or longer to explain the problem that they can’t fix. I am disgusted with this bank.
