If you are people of color, I strongly recommend to avoid this place. If you are Muslim or non white, you will be assumed you are there to steel and you will be treated like a criminal by the guards and management . I have never seen a male security taking a female shopper to the back to check if they have any thing in their cloths/pockets that belong to the store. But in this place they do. This is against a basic norm on how to treat a women and very sensitive issue in some cultures like ours. When we question why they are doing this …the answer is they can’t disclose this for security reasons. Simply it’s pure discrimination and nothing else.
To the head office: I don’t need your standard copy/paste massages as you put on all the negative reviews. I don’t think you really care about the service as with all these negative reviews you are not doing any thing other than just copy/pasting same message to all

the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sephora. 2 workers were helping me and they both stopped to have personal conversations with other customers about if they recognized each other. leaving me without product or help to look for my shade standing there all by myself in between the two conversations like I wasn’t there. I never leave bad reviews but I have never walked out of a store so fast. I will never be coming back. It was rude and unprofessional. so annoying because why are you offering help just to not help. Terrible.

This is by far the worst location. The staff are rude most times and they keep coming out with new policies that prevent you for exchanging or returning items. Recently we learned that any payment method that isn't credit card would be a store credit. Not a gift card. Is this a tatic to keep funds within the store? Seriously over this place and Sephora as a whole.

Had a very bad experience with Shanon.
I tried claiming a birthday gift at some other sephora. However, they were out of stock and they told me I can claim it for a year. When I went to Ajax store I was denied rudely and being told that I cannot hae it since I lost my birthday window and they had it for a month. Definitely not recommending this store to anyone as well as this is not what I expected from sephora.

Natalie needs to understand she works in customer service meaning she needs to put a smile on her face and be kind to her customers especially when you walk in with a smile on your face and are kind and in return you get a snappy attitude. Don’t come to work if you’re having a bad day.

It's a really disappointing when a sales person is disrespectful to their customers. I asked him for a help to quide me for couple of products. First he said, go around and check where are the products 😫😫 I told him I need your help to quide me. Then when we reached to Ilia products, he said look here and find what you are looking for😫😫 I told him i don't see what I'm looking for, ,,, can you help me find like the sampl I'm holding with me, he said here you have all the products, find it 😫😫😫
I asked for the Store Manager and she is worse.
However, this review is not enough to explain the way i was treated. I will contact the head office and complain

The worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. Stood in line for at least 10 minutes while a single cashier busted her butt to try and manage the line. I saw at least 5 staff around the store stocking shelves while the line built up. Shout out to the girl working cash, but a second cashier should have come a lot sooner.

Chanella was phenomonal! She helped me pick out a great concealer, the Nars blush pallet, a serum, a cleanser and primer as well as finishing spray. She was soo attentive and was so personable! Thanks again for all of your help😀

Unfortunately for me this is the closest Sephora to my house. Every time I come here I have a bad experience. The staff is rude, gives attitude and never wants to help. Theres always one cashier while the line is at the door and the other employees are chatting and laughing. I’d rather spend the half hour time I wait in line to drive half hour to another Sephora.
