Customer service staff doesn't seem to like their jobs. I can understand calling at work because this job is really boring sometimes.But I hope you can be more enthusiastic when you have guests instead of being cold and talking on the phone.

Visited shell gas station on 2 westney Rd south on Dec 12 shortly after 9pm. There credit card on a pump did not work properly. I was charged wrong price and the girl in the desk (jade) would not help. I told her to give me her managers number and she refused to do that. No apologies. This is in my view Poor service station

Gas station clerk is just rude and looks miserable. Can’t use washrooms when it’s super busy. I understand if it’s past midnight or not busy at all but this is just pure laziness on management. Dude working looks like he doesn’t even want to work there, not sure why he is. Petro across the street has way better prices and customer service, and washrooms.
