I recently visited a car wash and had a bit of an issue. The car wash spraying arm is misaligned, which means it can’t properly clean the center of the rear of the vehicle. I’ve attached a photo to illustrate the problem. Attendant was nice enough to provide me with a second wash free of charge. But still cannot fix the issue.

11pm: waiting in the cold outside since the doors are locked. Patiently waited outside for 5 mins since no one was visible. And then 2 employees come outside from the back,see me standing thru the glass but no response. They continue discussing something and ignoring me. Atleast have the courtesy to indicate the customer to wait or tell them to leave. But i guess customer service is not being taught while giving jobs

Paid for the ultimate car wash (nearly $20 with tax) and the vehicle somehow came out looking worse than when it went in. Got to my wedding event 10 min later and someone made a comment about my filthy vehicle. I called the shell station and the Indian guy who answered told me I should have never left the parking lot and yelled at me. I asked if the car wash was working properly and he said in a sassy remark yes it sprays water and car is clean. I said I'd like to return to try and properly clean the car in a couple hours and that's when he continued on yelling about "tough luck buddy, you're not getting anything, should have not left the lot"
Unreasonable. His attitude ruined my evening and I'm not too keen on visiting any more she'll stations anymore now.
Wouldn't have been too hard to say "sorry you experienced that, come back and let's see if we can try that again"

I went to this gas station today at 10:30am. I chose regular gas and began fuelimg my car. When i almost finishing pumping my gas I noticed it showed v power. I thought that was strange cause I pressed regular gas. I paid with visa and I got a receipt and went into the gas station to let the cashier know the mistake.
The cashier name is HARPREET. she was being rude to me basically telling me it's my fault i chose the wrong gas. I asked her to show me the camera she said she couldn't do that because her boss is not there. I asked her for her boss name she said she couldn't tell me that. I wanted to resolve the situation so I asked her for the company email and she gave me the wrong email.
There might be a malfunction with the pumps or there is some funny business going on at this gas station. Why should I pay $2.09 for gas when I chose regular gas at $1.66. The cameras never lie so if a supervisor or owner can get back to me so this situation can be resolve that would be great.

Just had a wonderful experience at Shell gas station Salem and Taunton and Ajax. My code was not working for the car wash and the lovely attendant inside looked it up for me. I was able to get my car wash. Thank you so much for a great experience And for being so kind to help me out.

I was treated very poorly by an attendant, whom misquoted me and then went on to argue with me. Customer service needs a lot of work. And if there is an issue with debit - maybe a sign saying credit only would be helpful. Rather than everyone standing in line for 10 minutes to be turned away with your debit card. Honestly just overall a pretty bad experience.

Mani was incredible ! In all my years of driving I have never had someone show me how to use a caa discount along with a airmiles card. Ty Mani for everything you did and what you do ! I appriciate you.

I was there on Friday. Pretty much all the pumps prepaid. I bought regular gas and the girl worked there on the phone all the time and confirmed regular and punched in premium. It's around 6 pm. I couldn't pump the gas have to go back in voided the transaction and charged it back again. She shut off the lottery machine and turned back on. I heard she was talking to some on the blue tooth saying she did it. It's nasty and bad customer service. I heard lots of people not going there. loosing business. I feel bad for the owner. Customers can find places to buy.

Very average gas station . Prices are never the lowest around, that's why I don't use it much. Have not used their car wash but had good results inside at the convenience area. located at Salem and Taunton road.
