Often closed and malfunctioning.
Rude, unprofessional attendants.
Stinks. Shell management - do better.

This Shell pump has a car wash, but 80% of the time the wash is closed (due to many reasons), so much inconvenience for the car washers. Shell doesn't pay attention to that, neither does the operator. I would not recommend it if you're planning on washing your car here. There is another Shell gas station nearby on Harwood, but it may also have a long wait due to it being closed most of the time (peak times during winter).

Worst car wash. The guy who works there has no common sense or does not deserve to be client facing. We were at the carwash and though we did not use it., the app said we just used the car wash 2 min ago. Took it up to the idiot who works there politely and that idiot asked us to leave or get the new codes, which we were not able to. We asked to help as there were cars behind us, but he said I can't help. So we had to request the car behind us to reverse and we left. No wonder this location has bad reviews.

AVOID THIS PLACE especially when filling up air pressure for your tires. The air pressure machine is from a third party provider. You won’t get a refund but deflated tires!!!

Came here to fill up air pressure in tire, ended up with a flat tire. I’ve used air pressure machines plenty of times and know how to use one. Will not be returning back. The attendant just said it’s a third party providing services. Did not get a refund.

I personally was treated so well here - got free coffee on multiple days and I lost my car magnets in the drive through - however the young lady working allowed me to go find them!

I came in to simply purchase a lighter — not cigarettes, not lottery tickets — just a lighter. I’m in my 40s, and to be ID’d for something that doesn’t legally require it is absurd. The Sri Lankan man working there clearly wasn’t following policy but rather feeding some personal power trip. It felt less like a routine check and more like a targeted, unnecessary flex of control. Completely uncalled for and frankly, insulting. If you’re going to treat customers like that, maybe reconsider why you’re in customer service in the first place.

Posted price on sign board different from actual price of fuel at gas station.
Fuel always priced higher than nearby stations
Poor custom service. Have had to wait a long time to get their attention, even if it isnt crowded.
At night when you need to call them through the buzzer, the attendant is too busy with their headphones on to even notice
The list goes on. The place no sign of improvement or efficient management.This is the closest gas station and convenience store in my neighborhood otherwise I would never go here

I recently visited a car wash and had a bit of an issue. The car wash spraying arm is misaligned, which means it can’t properly clean the center of the rear of the vehicle. I’ve attached a photo to illustrate the problem. Attendant was nice enough to provide me with a second wash free of charge. But still cannot fix the issue.

11pm: waiting in the cold outside since the doors are locked. Patiently waited outside for 5 mins since no one was visible. And then 2 employees come outside from the back,see me standing thru the glass but no response. They continue discussing something and ignoring me. Atleast have the courtesy to indicate the customer to wait or tell them to leave. But i guess customer service is not being taught while giving jobs
