Stay away from this place! No respect for customers! The manager named J Penny literally yelled me because we were trying on multiple shoes. I never had such a horrific experience, someone employed as manager and has serious anger issues! Beware!

I don’t recommend anyone to buy shoes from here , the quality is very bad , i bought a shoes from them and i tried one time to see how it is , and it got cracked in single time , i tried to return it , they didn’t get it back, and saying you worn it , if you don’t worn it how you know the quality, there was a manager name samee she was rude to me

Everytime I come to this location the staff is unfriendly and borderline rude. They need to be retrained on customer service. I purposely try to avoid going here and go to DSW in the same plaza where they are always friendly

Two days ago, I bought running shoes for my bro. I liked this company and good place if you're shopping shoes. And most of the time I came. They have sales stuff. It's good to try.

Nina, the associate was so rude to tell me that the shoe I returned is worn, but the other person working said it's not look so. She saw the corner a light mark, not the sole. I bought five shoes and returned two, that too after three days of purchase . The shoe which in question has no tag since it was the last piece they had. If you have such problems, when you sell shoes, attach one extra tag and sell , so that people don't feel embarrassed by such comment from such people working at your place

Excellent place to shop for shoes. The employees at this Ajax branch are very hard working, polite and customer oriented. I especially commend the services by Nina who went beyond the call of duty in customer service. This is the right place for a combination of good shoes and excellent customer service.

I ordered online to be picked up at this location. I did not get a notice that my order is ready for pick up so I called the store 3 days after my order has been delivered to the store as per the tracker. The lady I spoke to was plainly rude. She said that I was given a call and that my voicemail was full, which was not the case at all.
