Charged me to print a label that the company sent wrong. I had a label printed, but realized that Ralph Lauren sent a label that said 1 item, and I had 2 items to return. Upon calling Ralph Lauren, they said that UPS prints the labels for free, so just take the new email there and they will print it for free. Upon arriving to the UPS store, they charged $1.75 to print 2 sheets of paper, the owner Litly was ok, but I don’t think it’s fair to charge. She said it costs her to keep staff. I told her that they are being paid for sending the parcel. I was not happy with their service. I have worked in customer service for a long time and I don’t treat my customers like this.

I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the obvious difference in how customers are treated. I visited this UPS Store twice on different days, and BOTH times, the staff member (named Litly and the owner I believe but I refer to the old loud lady) was cheerful and friendly with other customers, but when it was my turn, the tone changed significantly. I felt treated rudely and almost lifelessly, which was both unsettling and upsetting. The difference in treatment was so significant, and it was hard to ignore. I really hope this person takes note and ensures a more consistent, respectful, and professional approach to all customers, regardless of who they are or how they appear.

I had good in store experience but didn’t like not having the tracking number until hours later. The lady there took my package and gave me the receipt and told me that we will send the tracking number within 20 minutes but it’s now 1:15 pm still no tracking number. They should change this method and process package while the customer is there and provide tracking info.

I love going to this location. They are very friendly and accommodating. Some other locations make you feel as if you’re bothering them by asking questions, but they are ALWAYS very helpful here. I drive past the one that is closer to my house because of their impeccable service.
