Towing in Ajax, ON

“I had a cracked and bent rim on my Tesla Model 3 and was honestly expecting a stressful, expensive experience. Waleed at GD Tires completely changed that.
From the beginning, he was transparent and patient. He sent me photos and videos of the damage, explained exactly why the rim needed additional repair, and even showed me the internal tire damage after removing it. He answered all of my questions about tread depth, tire compatibility, and AWD concerns without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
Instead of trying to upsell me, he actually found me a high-quality used Continental tire with almost-new tread to help keep the cost down. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different options so I could make an informed decision.
It's rare to find a shop that combines technical knowledge with honest customer service, where you feel (especially as a woman) not taken advantage of, but that's exactly what I experienced here. If you need tire or wheel work, especially on a Tesla, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Waleed and the team at GD Tires.
Thanks again for taking such good care of me!”

“Shout out to Roger Nunes. He arrived very quickly, took great care of the car from hooking it up to dropping it off especially with consideration as to being on the side of the highway with an immobile vehicle. He followed every single safety protocol and ensured I was safe aswell. It is very rare to meet excellent people like Roger nowadays that know their industry and take pride in their work. Many thanks Roger!”

“I went here for car body repair. First day appointment was to take pictures of car, and then they sent the quote and date for fixing. Approximately it took three days, and the service was clean and neat. Loved it. Thank you so much:)”
