These guys are literally terrible. Please take everyone's advice and do not go here. This specific location was hell and I'm not exaggerating. We pay money good money to these people. We have a storage locker but when I approach the customer service reps they are nothing but rude. They give up the vibe that they do not want to be there. I also wanted to ask a question and I was responded to with a single finger in the air. I don't take these levels of disrespect. But in today's weak society what could we really do? If you honestly want to be disrespected you can go here. I Was frustrated with one of the services and when I expressed myself, I was told to wait by two or three different staff whilst my truck was waiting outside for 1 hour, along with the workers. I was extremely Polite when I voiced my concerns to them but they didn't it very well and where extremely rude in response. Don't go here do yourself a favor.

Great location great experience with the staff for pickup of our trailer. In for pickup and hitched and gone within 20 min. Definitely the best experience I've had compared to other dealers.

Huge selection of trucks and trailers on the lot. Pre-booked online, showed up and was driving away in 15 minutes. They check the lights before leaving, which is helpful.

Buy back guarantee has loopholes. Once you have taken the white banding straps off they will NOT buy them back, despite never being used. Disappointing.

I feel bad, because they were understaffed, it was one guy's first day, and everyone was working hard and really nice, but, gotta tell you, when it takes over an hour to get your rentals - really cuts into, and sets a pall on, your moving day.

I purchased a new vehicle and was looking to have a hitch installed. Uhaul happened to have the hitch we needed, so on July 18, 2022 we booked an installation appointment at this location for August 13, 2022. I received a confirmation email with my times lot and an invoice for the parts and services. A day or so before my appointment, I called to see how long the appointment would be. I was notified that my appointment was not an actual appointment, but a placeholder, since the parts may not be in on time. I went back to check all of my documentation and was able to confirm that there was no language in my emails indicating that this was the process. I was then told to wait until I received another confirmation email, which would be my actual appointment date. A week or so after my original appointment, I received a confirmation email for August 30, 2022. I drove 75 minutes to the Ajax location for my 11:30 appointment. I was on site for an hour before I was notified by the Manager that my hitch was not there. They offered to do the electrical since I was already there and would cover the labor costs for the inconvenience. I was then told that they would overnight my hitch and have it brought to a closer location for installation. I got no call the next day, or the day after. I called Ajax on September 1 indicating I had no update on my overnight hitch or appointment. I was told they were busy but that the hitch had arrived and would be delivered to a Scarborough location the next day for installation at 1pm.The next day, I called the Scarborough location before arriving to confirm my hitch was there and they said I had no appointment for me, but could schedule me for the 6th at 7am so I could still get to work.On the 5th I got an email saying my appointment was now on the 7th at 11am because the appointment on the 6th had been booked with no hitch technician on site. I advised that I could not make that time slot.As it currently stands, I have no confirmed appointment and now the Scarborough location has not been able to confirm my hitch is even on site.The lack of coordination, communication and inconvenience has been absolutely appalling. I have issued a complaint and hope to have a resolution that compensates for the tremendous inconvenience this run around has caused.

Talik has helped me twice at that location with a car rental and with a trailer hitch. He was very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating and I will continue to drive the extra 20 mins (farther than a local uhaul ) for his help in particular.

Probably the cleanest and the nicest U haul centre in GTA. The staff is kind and place does not reek of weed like other centres lol.If you want U haul in the east, Go here! Period.

Very poor customer service from two sales associates (at closing) and manager. Associates were inconsistant with information, condescending and threatening in their approach toward a customer. Manager was off site and intervened by speaker phone only and yelled at Customer without knowing the full situation. Matters escalated and were unresolved in the end. I'm concerned for future customers who may need to rely on the service from this location. All employees involved do not appear to have appropriate Customer service skills. I'm appalled by this encounter.

I cannot speak to the rental experience, but the hitch installation experience was terrible...I came in for my appointment at 11:30AM and was told that it should take 1-1.5 hours maximum. It's almost 2PM now, I'm late for another appointment, and the reason I was given is that they had to drive to get the part somewhere in Scarborough...How can you not have the part on-hand when you know my car model and the time of my appointment? I would not use this location again for any purposes.EDIT: Now 2:30PM...EDIT2: I had a chance to test the installation, no issues with the work performed.

This is an American owned company that sends out late notices to you and your emergency contact when the account is completely paid up. If you put a credit card on the account, and you don't say, charge my credit card...(which should be obvious), they will charge you for late fees. The staff do not listen and they are behind at least 2 weeks or more. I've had the unit for under two months and I've received 4 notices for an account that is paid up. On addition my friend also received a notice on my behalf. RUN!

It was impossible to locate the key drop box. Had to walk around for 30 minutes to find it. This location needs better navigation and signage for after hours drop off for the key. Added photos for anyone that needs help locating it.
