Total scam. They charged me $1.50 just to put tape on the box and another $2.50 to print the label even though my return instructions said everything will be provided. This convenience store is using UPS to scam people.

I tried delivering a box with the UPS label in hand and the staff did not accept the box claiming it was a big box and they wouldn't accept it.
