Value Village is a busy thrift store with a good collection of gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Customers report finding good brand items in excellent condition. The staff are frequently described as very nice, helpful, and friendly, with specific praise for their great customer service when accepting donations. The store is on a public transit route and is easy to access. However, some customers feel the prices seem high for resale items, citing examples that do not seem reasonable. A common suggestion is that adding changing rooms would likely increase sales. The store does have a rewards program to sign up for. While some reviews mentioned a rule about kids in the toy area, other customers note seeing many children enjoying that section. The store's model gives communities a way to shop and keeps goods out of landfills.
Among most of the items I glanced at didn't have a price tag.. Worker told a customer to go through emergency door and alarm went off for about a minute and a half. Some Employees aren't very courteous towards customers.

Typically a good experience, though there are obvious items that should be together that get priced separately. Some prices (at all VV that I've shopped) can be way too much for the item, but this location has generally reasonable prices though not beyond the VV norm.

I like to give away my stuff so that others can use it — RECYCLE is what we all should do!!
