“I recently accessed my U-Box and the process was completely smooth. I love that Uhaul uses technology at the back-end and doesn't force it on customers at the front-end (unlike other companies who have useless AI chatbots for customer service). I informed them that I wanted to access my container through text, and I was all set when I arrived. The representative was efficient and gave me a nifty printed map so I could go find my container in the premises. I didn't feel lost even once. I was also quite pleasantly surprised to see that my belongings within the U-Box were all intact and hadn't shifted or fallen during transportation. Their drivers must be very careful. The premises and the loading/unloading dock were very cool (photos attached).”

Huge shout out to Zara for helping every time I needed something or had a quick question, Zara was always available with the prompt response. I rented an outdoor unit for 4-5 months and was very pleased with the location and the unit.
