Employees are knowledgeable about different kinds of shoes and their benefits without being pushy, helping customers feel confident in their purchase decisions. Every person entering the store is greeted and offered help. Customers leave with comfortable shoes, sometimes finding items on sale. This results in a very pleased feeling, with many stating they will definitely be back and keep going to the store despite a far drive, thanks to the excellent service received.

    Went into Walking on a cloud today and had the best experience Thank-you Sulak for being so patient and kind with me.
