Canadian Tire in Alexandria offers a friendly shopping experience with helpful and knowledgeable staff who are eager to assist customers. Cashiers are always welcoming, often engaging in short conversations and providing excellent customer service. The store has a good variety of products at reasonable prices and is kept clean. Employees go out of their way to help customers find what they need, and some staff members show honesty and kindness, such as running out to return forgotten change. While stock levels can sometimes be limited, and finding help occasionally challenging, overall the store is well-stocked with a wide selection, making it a small-town treasure with engaging staff and a positive atmosphere.
I have used their auto centre twice. I have nothing bad to say. We were very well treated by Kevin and his very capable technicians.
Prices are very fair.

I've lived all over this country. As far as small town Canadian Tires go, this one has been excellent when it comes to customer service. I've been helped and directed to items with no hesitations.
