Avoid this place and go somewhere else. Brought an old chainsaw to have fixed so it would start. Got called and they told us the cylinder was scratched and would cost 2 to 3 hundred dollars to get fixed. And nothing could be done. Took it home to have brother in law look at it and he started it almost immediatly. Something had been disconnected and once connected chainsaw working fine They charged us 46 dollars for checking it out so I wanted money back since they didn't get it working. They said since they had diagnosticed it that was the cost we had to pay. Paid for nothing and the chain saw was full of gas when I brought it there only to return empty. Mechanic doesn't know what the heck he is doing I believe. So i you do go be warned they don't neccesarily fix the problem but they sure will charge you. For 46 dollars they are losing a customer and getting bad publicity.

Avoid this place at all costs, bought the wrong size trimmer line. Owner flipper out on me, first and last time going there.

Brought a working chainsaw (witch i bought from them) with an idle problem, four months later got a call, when i went to pick it up they could not find it, and when they did I freek out, my saw had been used!! Dirty dirty, my new bar all worn out, my new air filter missing, my bar cover missing, and a repair bill of 450$ 450$$$The manager told me he was going look into it and call me on monday, have not heard from since!! Over six months now!! I use that saw weekly and always took good care of it,, will never recommend to anyone, very desapoited and unhappy, 450$$_and will possibly end in court!!

Staff was courteous, answered my questions and my purchase was handled quickly and before I took possession a technician verified operation of the mower, they even helped me load it in my vehicle. Very happy with the service I will be back for other things I need in the future.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. They estimated that it would take two week to do the warranty work on my lawn mower. I had to contact them three weeks later to find out that they could not find the paper work (work order), two days later I received a call that they finished the repair. When I got there it did not look like my mower because the sticker had faded,and the lawm mower base was saturated in oil, I had sent it in due to an oil leak, it was as if it was never repaired. How can you see if the oil leak is repaired if there is oil everywhere...you can't! When I enquired if he drained the oil to do the repair, he said he could not recall if he left the oil in or if he drained it. Completely shotty workmanship, for certified dealer this is unsatisfactory. Could not even be bothered to whipe down the machine. Will not go back again!
