You have to make an appointment for a quote, so I did.
Rick the owner looked at my bumper damage, discussed what he could do for me, discussed terms, and the price was competitive to better than.
So we shook on it and booked a mutually good work time.
I brought the car in, he said 3-4 days, done in 3, and at the low end of the quote.
The car came back washed and buffed up, and I swear they detailed the interior.
What service!

“I just recently purchased a Sierra 2500 from Ernie Dean. My sales lady Deanna Newman provided a great experience from when I had first reached out to her via social media. She is incredibly knowledgeable and prompt to answer questions. She is also honest if she doesn’t have the answer to something you ask, she makes sure to get that answered. Deanna was also great during the test drive and discussion about price, add ons etc.
Everyone I met at Ernie Dean all treated me like a person and not just as some sale.
