“Just had a really good experience with Ripley's Auto here in Alliston. My daughter's car possibly needed a new alternator, brought it in late Thursday of a long weekend. They tested it almost right away, and that was definitely the problem. Crystal said that they would try to get the parts in as early as possible on Friday, and kept me informed. Got a call at 2:00 on Friday saying that the car was ready. I had called around to 3 other shops in town, and they all said that they couldn't even look at it until Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week. Got approximate pricing from them, and they were all much higher than Ripley's. I know where I'll be taking my vehicles from now on!! Just sayin”

“My car was suddenly struggling to start a week before doing a cross-country drive.
I called Carline Auto Repairs and they were able to look at my car the very next day. I dropped it off in the morning and by noon, they had diagnosed the problem, sent me the report, agreed to service, and resolved the issue.
I pulled into my driveway by 12:30PM.
The price was very reasonable, the NAPA Premium parts warranty is fantastic and applies to all NAPA shops in North America. The service was outstanding (very polite, nice, and cool workers) and not pushy in any way.
